Five Week Stay
From check in to check out every single staff member we had dealings with throughout the resort were absolutely excellent. They were courteous, polite and addressed every issue or non issue we had. We were checked in by Amira who took the time to arrange to keep our family in the same unit for our five week stay.

Will not accommodate Consecutive weeks
Unless you book the same Orange Lake type of village they Will NOT be able to keep you in the same unit if booked through RCI even though they have many rooms available in the buildings. Our check in time was 4pm and we didn’t get into our unit until 7pm as well.

Great location, comfortable villas, high pressure timeshare sales especially at check in
Just returned from my second stay here and there is no doubt that this has a lot going for it should you find your travels taking you to Orlando. The complex is pretty easy to find, and there are a couple of entrances off 192 highway that one can choose. On first entering the property you will be greeted by security, who then direct you to the central check in area, where there is plenty of space to park and you will need it judging by our check in experience, of which more in a minute. The accommodations are very comfortable and pretty well appointed. I like that they are all low rise villas essentially, and we were lucky enough to snag one with a golf course view and a very peaceful setting. Some of them are, of course, on busier roads than we experienced and I imagine the villas closer to the entrance to be noisier with the traffic etc. Our villa was two bedroom but also had a couch that folded out into a bed and a jack and jill type bathroom arrangement with the second bedroom so 6 people could certainly occupy this quite comfortably. We had a small patio area with loungers, table and chairs adjacent to one of the greens and this was very pleasant, complete with visits from the local bird life on regular occasions. The decor is perfectly fine but is beginning to look somewhat dated now. I imagine these rooms have a busy life and there are some examples of peeling paint, slight damage to the units in the kitchen and so on. However, this is still pretty low level and the villa we had was very comfortable and the kitchen well enough equipped to cook as we did a couple of times, although I am sure most people don't, since Orlando is replete with restaurants. Staying here also buys you access to the pools of which there are several. The one with the lazy river is by far the best in my opinion and although busy this spring break, didn't seem over crowded. The others we looked at were smaller pools, and the one that ostensibly had a "beach" was especially crowded as said lake beach was closed when we checked it out for unspecified "guest safety" issues. These are nice facilities and there are other things such as mini golf but for that, you will have to part with more money. Overall a very nice place to stay BUT as others have mentioned in these reviews, be prepared for a hard timeshare sell, particularly when checking in. It took us nearly an hour to get the keys to our villa as we were passed from one person to another, each offering so called incentives to go on a timeshare tour. Now, the last time I was here several years ago, so this may have changed, we fell for this in exchange for one of the incentives (Disney discounts or something) and sat through very high pressure presentations and tours that took a long time. When we continually refused these advances we were left, with two small kids, out at one of the units and had to walk back to the timeshare sales office in the hot sun. Once you reject their advances, the oily, polished politeness turns into a brusque dismissal which is essentially equivalent to: "OK here are your keys and get out". I hate this and I've fallen for timeshare scams before so I am reasonably adept at dead batting away such sales pitches but when it takes an hour to get keys whilst they try to sell you, and then they call with some regularity to your villa phone (which we ignored) it is tiresome to say the least. Still, if you are able to put up with this, you will be rewarded with a nice place to stay, very well located for Disney attractions and it should be said, this high pressure tactic is something that I've come to expect in Orlando, but that doesn't make it any more tolerable. You've been warned. Just say no repeatedly and they will, with bad grace, eventually let you go on your way to enjoy your vacation.

relaxing place
Very nice facility -- well maintained--spacious--many activities if you choose--if you are a golfer, 4 courses---our unit was spotless and comfortable-plenty of places to walk, even though sidewalks were limited=
