Sun fun
Great hotel with a perfect location. Professional and courteous staff. Good food and wonderful happy hour. Close to the beach. Love that they offer beach chairs, surf boards, and boogie boards to guests.

Abysmal. Don’t stay here.
This hotel sucks. It sucks big time. If you look at my other reviews I have out many high ratings to other local hotels. Where to start? It looks terrible. The parking is valet only and it’s $45/night. The resort fee is $35.00/night. And since I had to booked two rooms As they didn’t have a room to accommodate my family of 5 I had to pay that x 2 for a total of $70/night since I have adjoining rooms. I asked what the resort fee gets me and apparently it’s the wifi I can access and the use of free dvd rentals. (Who the heck even gives a care about a DVD in 2023?! It should be all smart TVs with streamed services!) Did I mention that in May 2023 they are still using Covid as an excuse for not doing ANY housekeeping until after 5 days have passed? You can call though if you want new towels. Completely unacceptable. I’m lying on the bed right now with springs from the mattress digging into my back. There’s an odour of damp and mildew. The bathroom only has a shower which doesn’t suit my family with small kids, And the record looks gaudy and cheap like a low end Chinese food restaurant. The flooring is a plastic type woven mat product; it isn’t nice carpeting and it’s basic white tile. The finishes are not nice at all. I’ll add a photo of the yucky flooring and the cheap silver shelving. My supposedly deluxe room wasn’t deluxe at all. It’s cramped and smelly and tired looking and the pillows are firm rocks. There are this inane glass windows from the bedroom to the bathroom; well placed so that someone can watch you use the toilet from the bedroom. The closet is stupidly placed in the bathroom. The fan is rattling and not strong and all I can think is why would I want to hang my clothing in the bathroom where the steam from the shower would make all my clothes damp? There’s no ventilation to air out the clothes after being steamed up. No wonder it smells like mould. I’ll post photo of that too…2 I could cry. All I want is to go back to one of the three other amazing hotels I’ve stayed at thus far in Oahu. This one is the worst value, worst view, worst staff, worst amenities, worst room. DO NOT STAY HERE. So many better options.

Waikiki holiday
Hotel was lovely, no problem with the staff. We stopped in a king size city view room on the 12th floor. Room was lovely and clean. The only problem was the room wasn’t refreshed every day. You had to request new towels and toilet paper and the room was only cleaned after you had been in 5 days unless you requested a room clean. Thought after the price you pay and the $35 +tax per night resort fee you would at least get your bed made and clean towels

DO NOT stay at this place! Complete rip off for what you pay
I don’t know how anyone gave this place good reviews. We stayed here in our honeymoon and for what we paid it was awful: -45 dollar parking a day they don't tell you about when you book on top of a 35 dollar resort fee - walls were paper thin could here our neighbors -room smelled like smoke - TV did not work - Wifi was spotty at best - Air conditioning would not get down past 70 - We paid for a balcony and they were painting it the whole time we were there so we couldn't use it. - Toilet was messed up and made noise every 20-30 minute - Only cleaned the room ever 4 days If you are going to spend the money stay somewhere else! There resort fees and parking fees add 80 dollars a night for a cheap motel.

The May 2023 vacation
The hotel was Very nice, our 35th Anniversary Vacation with a friend, the 2queen Beds were So Comfy, the View Was Great, Could See the Beaches , Diamond Head and all along the Hotel strip area. Parking Fee's are 45 a night as parking is at a premium. Mac 24/7 had gotten better than back a few years ago, still a tad pricey but worth it. Only downside was that they were refurbishing the balconys and could not sit outside. Was no advised prior to our stay. House keeping would have been better at every 2 days instead of 4 days now. Would recommend to others for a great stay.
