    Relaxing vacation!

    We had a great vacation at Hilton Vallarta! We were looking for a place we could unwind but still have fun for a week and this place hit the spot. The staff is fantastic. Edgar at the pool along with all of the wait staff were so fun everyday we were out there. The spa was amazing and we received the best massages we have ever had. Great food choices as well! The best part was the artist who is set up each day selling beaded sculptures by the pool made us 2 custom pieces of our dogs - we love them! We are looking forward to visiting again!

    From Holiday to Nightmare

    The true measure of a hotel is not how pretty and nice they can make it, but how you are treated when issues arise. My family and I stayed here in mid-May for a friend's wedding and a relaxing family vacation - It was anything but. • We were forced to move rooms halfway through our stay with a baby in tow and the new room had a nasty dirty toilet. • A jewelry bag went missing, I had to move mountains to get an acknowledgment or update on the issue. Corporate Hilton passes the buck to the hotel and the hotel only reached back out once I posted here on TripAdvisor in the Q&A section. • A friend of ours found an actual CRAB in their room, seriously! • The front desk and concierge are almost impossible to reach, the phone will ring for 5-10 mins with no answer. Give it a test, try calling now, you'll see! Based on other reviews here, this place seems nice if you are lucky and have no issues. But for me and my family, it was a nightmare! Beware!

    Great stay!

    First time staying at all inclusive hotel, great experience! Stress free with great service, restaurants and activities whole day around. Especially the gym, have Zumba and Pilates classes with a great instructor called Bibi. There are magic show and live music at nights. Love our stay!

    Great stay!

    The resort was not only beautiful and so fun, but the staff was great. Every single staff member I met was amazing, but Edgar, Jose, David, and Jorge were especially amazing! Edgar was so fun to do activities with and planned great events! The bartenders and servers were also great, and I will always remember how Jose brought me chips and guac during the day just because he thought of me!
