A Good Hotel!
This is a pretty nice hotel. It’s up at the north end of the strip, so it’s a quick bus ride or drive to many iconic monuments, but it is a bit quieter, and you are going to have to drive places in the Las Vegas heat. The hotel is quite nice. The lobby smells very clean, and it is generally very quiet. The staff are friendly and attentive. As other reviews do mention there is no room service unless requested, but they are very quick with requests. We asked for more towels and they were brought to us within ten minutes. The food options are a bit lacking, which is one of the downsides of staying at a quieter place. There’s a marketplace where you get two free waters a day, and can purchase food, snacks, microwavable meals, and necessities like advil and batteries. Nothing has a price on it, so you either need to ask the person behind the counter, or just risk it. We bought a microwavable mac and cheese, and it was about $9. There’s also a bar and grill, but it closes quite early, and the average item is about $18, so we ended up ordering out or going out for food. The room was nice. We stayed in the kitchenette studio, which had a lovely view, and was a pretty decent size. We were given an an adjoining room, we heard the people next to us once which made us a little nervous, but it didn’t happen again. My only complaints would be that the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well, and the bathroom also didn’t have a fan, so it would get steamy during showers, and also it felt less private while using the bathroom. It was a nice, quiet hotel, which is good for anyone who doesn’t want to stay anywhere that has a casino attached, which might be louder and smell. We loved that the bus stopped right outside. we wished there were more food options in the hotel. I’d definitely stay here again. Overall it was a good stay, and we’d definitely come back here!

great stay
We stayed in a very clean and spacious 1 bedroom unit. The property was very well cared for, with plenty of staff out and about cleaning up and ready to help guests. There are security measures in place to ensure that only guests are entering and using the property. The pool area was very spacious with plenty of chairs available. To get to many other areas of the Strip it can be a walk but the bus stop is right out in front. It's easy to catch an Uber there too. One difficulty is that I'm listed 2nd on my RCI ownership and they were telling me I needed to call RCI for a guest certificate-I'm an owner!! That part of the exchange process needs to be fixed, between Hilton and RCI.

Quiet location in Vegas
Great hotel, with pool, basket ball court. Two bedroom unit was well equipped with plates and cutlery. Very clean, good quality bedding, spacious rooms. Helpful staff, but no restaurant. The shop in the hotel doesnt have much grocery.

Dead cockroaches, aggressive and pushy staff and over priced marketplace!!
As title suggests dead cockroaches in bathroom, aggressive staff ( Jason security ass manager) pushy timeshare reps and overpriced food in market place...no prices and no cash accepted hence you have to add to your room bill which you will lose track of and face a hefty bill at end of stay...they do accept credit / debit card so use this method as I did....prices are extreme so I recommend using Walgreens for basics such as milk / bread . The elevator's are extremely slow especially in morning due to timeshare reps hogging them to show clients the apartments on higher floors and even when you do get a lift the reps are pushing in to get back down for their next clients...no consideration for the actual guests who are staying there. In respect to timeshare DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT as I chose to take a meeting which was to take 90 min but instead took well over 2 hours, as I started to say not interested in came another rep offering a better deal...good cop bad cop situation...the deals are very high as I was offered a timeshare deal of 139000 US ...this consisted of 60 monthly payments of 2699 US and wait for it a down payment of 29000 US there and then..no time to think about it just pay it!! I declined their offer and then was subjected to a snide and sarcastic comments from the rep... If you are a smoker they will try and get you out the back in the carpark out of sight of arriving guests as they are trying to portray a certain image. Security is loose at the property...between the hours of 9pm and 6am you have to show room card ...otherwise the other 15 hours of the day any tom dick or Harry can enter the hotel complex...elevators need card but as I found if you get in lift with other people they tap their card and you enter floor number...also the stairwell has easy access from carpark...I left via this method on last day due to elevators not working properly. I did speak to manager on last day but all they could say was sorry and would I like Hilton points which I refused. There are better options out there for Vegas as it seems to me that Hilton are only interested in timeshare clients
