Nice property
My wife and I stayed the week of August 21st, and would return again. Our one bedroom unit was located in Building 7, our only concern is the shower, it was dirty and really needs updating, the rest of unit worked fine for our stay. The pool area is kept immaculate, especially the washrooms, hats off to housekeeping looking after this area. The recreation department is managed by the most friendly staff we have come across in many years at different properties. Shelly, you are awesome. We enjoyed lunch meals at the bar on site, always lots of food and reasonably priced. The location of the property is convenient to many things, some within walking distance. I did find and we have stayed at other Brand vacation clubs, Hilton makes a note of the owners to the point where it may turn off renters. Hilton needs to re think this policy. All in all a good property for a vacation club property

great!
I would return again and again. The screened in Balcony was my favorite. I loved everything about the rooms. The pool was nice. My kids had a blast. The go cart service and txt concierge was perfect! My sister and mom loved their units as well.

Relaxing Resort in the Center of Everything! Best Value in Orlando
As a Hilton Honors member, the HGVC Tuscany Village has always been a favorite. This property is so beautiful and has a relaxing, Tuscan vibe. The property is within minutes of WDW, Sea World, Universal, and tons of shopping. In fact, the Premium Outlets are a short walk across the parking lot. There is also plenty of restaurants and a grocery store across from the property. However.... The HGVC is starting to show it's age. Certain areas of the property and our 1-Bedroom Suite could use some fresh paint and refurbs. The property is always clean, bug free, and we had a comfortable stay. But, a few extra touches would go a long way to making Tuscany an A+ / 5-Start place to be. Check-In: Is located in the main Clubhouse. Check-In was fast and uneventful. Our Guest Service agent, Lori, from Boston, was such a pleasure to speak with. Lori gave us several suggestions and insights to enhance our visit. Next, we were required to speak with Beverly at the Concierge desk, in order to get a parking permit. This is where you get the hard sell to attend the HGVC Timeshare Event. Bev was so sweet and when I told her we were not interested, she did not pressure us or continue to sell us with freebies. We come to Orlando 2-3 times per year, and we mostly stay in rental, time-share properties. Bev's casual approach was a breathe of fresh air. We appreciated the fact that she did not push us to attend and let us just enjoy our stay. The public areas: The property is very clean and the public areas are very beautiful. But, as I stated above, many of the buildings and specifically around the pool areas could use some fresh paint and some updating. This is not a determinant, just a nice to have to make the property feel new again. In the Main Clubhouse, there is small snack bar / deli that serves fresh (made to order) coffee and lite food fare. The ladies that work in this deli were so nice and were eager to help in any way. The Starbucks coffee is very good and the bagels and Danish we enjoyed each morning, were always fresh and delicious. The Pool bar, next door, was never busy and always had really good drinks. The prices for cocktails were very reasonable, given the current economic situation. Most cocktails were $10 each and beer a few dollars less. All of the servers at the Pool Bar were very nice and eager to help. They were always accommodating if you wanted a custom drink or wanted non-alcoholic version. The Pools: There are only two pools on property. The main pool is very large and relaxing. However, the property does not have a lazy river or any waterfalls / Grottos. Most time-share properties of this caliber in LBV, have much better pool options. This to me is the only down side of the property. There used to be a large waterfall at the main pool, however, this was removed by management, after a hurricane came through a few years ago. Adding a new waterfall or Lazy River to this property would make the Tuscany absolutely Perfect, in my opinion. The existing pools are refreshing and comfortable, but it just feels like something is missing; when there are so many better options within the same area. Updating the pools and adding a "pool feature" would an easy fix, and a game changer for this property. In my opinion. Our 1-Bedroom Suite in building #7, was beautiful and comfortable. The only complaint I have about our Suite, was the our stand-up shower. Our shower had some areas of mold and had a distinct mildew smell. Also, there is no place to hang or place your shower poof or personal hygiene amenities. The only other issue was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It only had one speed, which was the slowest, and make a clicking noise. With the the recent heat wave and daily temps of 100F plus, this was down for us. Otherwise, our Suite was clean and as expected. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The mattress was on the firm side, which we very much appreciated. Finally, the only other issue with this property is of course, and as others have stated... Parking. Or the lack of. Once you return from the parks or late dinner, you will always find that you have to park a mile away from your building. This is especially true if you are in Buildings 5, 6, or 7. As these are the more popular building and the ones that are most used for non-owner / transient guests. Were were in building #7, 7-509. One night we got back around midnight and had to park at the main clubhouse. We had to walk across the lake in order to get to our building. We actually did not mind, and it's a very pleasant walk. But just know, if you or something in your party has issues walking long distances, this may be an issue. The property does have employees who circle the property in golf carts to assist guests, but we did not need it. In conclusion: The HGVC Tuscany Village is hidden Gem is the heart of it all. If you want a Clean, spacious Suite, with a full kitchen, and a no frills relaxing stay, this is the place to be! Will appreciate the amazing customer service and friendliness of all the staff. Again, this property may be more suitable for couples or families with older children or teens. As younger kids and toddlers may find the activity areas and pools lacking. However, we will certainty come back. This is one of the better HGVC locations in the area, and absolutely one of the Best Values, too.

A really nice and relaxing hotel with great facilities.
Booked this last minute and we were very pleased with what we got. We paid around £110 per night including taxes etc. We for a room with a large bed, kitchen area, balcony and bathroom. On check in we were given 2 starbucks vouchers for each day of the trip. Great pool areas including a main clubhouse. Near Vineland Outlets with own access.

Toilet issues immediately upon checkin
I had an issue with the toilet my entire stay. I had to continuously had to have maintenance come and plunge the toilet. This issue started on day one of checking into the resort. THe first time they came to fix it I requested for them to have the plunger inside of a bag because of the plunger not being sanitary. The first time they did have a bag was covering it but the next time they came in with the plunger not in a bag and the plunger was wet and dripping. I asked them to go put it in a bag one of them did not speak or understand english the other one said they didn't have any bags. I know that was a lie so I said to him how dont you have bags and this resort have them for trash. He went to go get a bag to cover it. I shouldn't have went through any of that while on vacation.
