Comfortable stay
Nice place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving while visiting family. Room was comfortable, everything worked. Didn’t receive an upgrade even though my husband is a diamond member. Breakfast was pricey even with the credit we receive with Hilton status. We used points for this stay. Would stay again for the convenience of the location. 15 minute to SFO and 15 minutes to Downtown.

Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night
Smoke alarm started beeping, no maintenance crew available to switch batteries so I had to collect all my belongings and move to a different room. In the morning the toilet was not working. I mentioned all this to checkout desk clerk and heard nothing back not even a sorry.

Terrible stay - beware
Stayed here for three nights last week for a work trip. Don’t think I’ll ever be recommending this property to anyone. Below are just some of the issues: - I got a message the day before to check in on the Hilton app and pick my room. I picked a corner room on the 7th floor. When I checked in, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor somewhere in the middle of the floor with no explanation. What’s the point of asking me to pick a room if they weren’t going to honor it? - my Hilton status was silver when I checked in, but they insisted I was blue status even though I showed my Hilton app with the status. - when I got into the room, there was a take out food box on the fridge (full of food) — assuming from housekeeping or the previous occupier? - the toilet was clogged when I got in. Needed to get it plunged - I heard water dripping when I tried to sleep. Turned out the room fridge had a leak, so I needed to turn it off - when I woke up to drive my rental in the morning, someone had smashed the back of my car in a hit and run in the hotel parking lot Pretty terrible. Never again.

Convenient and Comfortable
We stayed here for just one night because we were flying out the next day. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Close to the airport. Although not close to downtown SF, there are shops and restaurants nearby. So many outlets! Plugs galore! Charge to your hearts content! Lots of pillows and towels. Great water pressure. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Cons: No business center. I usually don't need it but I did on this trip they they didn't have one. Just an iPad in the lobby. Breakfast cost $15 per person but it was no better than the included breakfast at any other Hilton brand and there were no waffles anyway. It was fine but not a $15 breakfast. The toiletries are the kind bolted to the wall. I prefer the individual ones.

Great short stay
We had family stay here for a few nights as they were flying in from overseas and we needed a place for them. Hotel is safe, clean, and has the amenities you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Definitely not fancy but it served its purpose. Just note there isn't a whole lot around the hotel in terms of restaurants and shops. You can walk to a few gas stations and some fast food joints. The staff were friendly and let me check in several hours earlier than intended. The hotel served the purpose we needed it to. One knock on the hotel is that room cleaning is by request only and you need to give 24 h notice. Since we are 2 + years into the pandemic you would expect this to have been resolved / made easier. Equivalent hotels nearby do offer regular room cleaning.
