We have travelled to many resorts and I will always do my best to write my honest thoughts of the places and experiences we have had. But I have to say this place is not my favourite. So here are my thoughts. Check in : check in was fast and painless but the private transfer we pre booked was the time waster. We checked in and went to Building 6 ( I pre paid 100.00 US ) the structure next to building 6 is under construction so it was pretty noisy all day and into the night. The Room : The Room was clean but definitely dated. We had 2 double beds and tub in the middle. It was ok. The food : The food was delicious and very flavourful with tons of options for everyone. This hotel loves to up sell everything, Bali beds are an up charge. Everything seems to be an up charge. This hotel wants the guest to go to a time share presentation. We will probably not come back to this resort for the up sell reason alone. We also moved to building 4 because of the construction but it was not better. Building 4 has a terrible smell in it that can’t be cleaned away.

A Disappointing Stay: Safety Concerns, Poor Service, and Subpar Amenities Overshadow the Experience
Pros: * The resort is located right on the beach. While there was some seaweed, it wasn’t enough to ruin the swimming experience. * A variety of pools are available, including some heated ones, and there are plenty of pool bars. * Guests can walk over to the sister resort, adding to the variety of activities. * The presidential one-bedroom suite was extremely spacious. Cons: * Power outages: The power went out completely two nights in a row, and servicing each time took about an hour, leaving us without lights or A/C during the night. * Room issues: The sliding doors wouldn’t lock, which was a significant safety issue that was never resolved during our stay. This also caused the A/C to remain off automatically. The shower wouldn’t drain, leaving over an inch of water pooling on the floor and leaking out of the stall, creating a messy and unpleasant situation. * Mini fridge limitations: The "all-inclusive" mini fridge was limited to four beers a day, and some days it wasn’t restocked at all. When I complained, the front desk sent someone to refill it, but I was met with hostility. The staff member argued with me, yelled, and even took a picture of my room number. * Terrible food: Besides the buffet, the food was extremely disappointing. The à la carte restaurants served meals that seemed frozen and then microwaved, making for a poor dining experience. * Deceptive Room Descriptions: Swim-out or ocean-view rooms in Building 9 come with unexpected issues, making the experience far less enjoyable than advertised. The Saving Grace: The kiddie pool was fantastic! It had a perfect depth for safe swimming and offered a large selection of slides and water features to keep the kids entertained. The area also had a bar and food stand, making it super convenient for the whole family. Conclusion: Despite some positive aspects, the resort's terrible customer service, unresolved safety issues, and subpar dining experience completely overshadowed any potential enjoyment. I cannot recommend staying here, as these problems made our trip unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. Avoid this resort if you value quality service and peace of mind.
