Shawn was absolutely amazing.the entertainment and general care and love that you feel from the staff is truly impeccable. I’ve never been to resort that tries to make sure that all your needs are taken care of

Most Unique Vacation Anywhere
The most recent trip to Hedo was our 3rd in the past 18 months. We have reservations to go back again in July and then again in October. Needless to say, we really like it there. So why do we love Hedo? It is truly the most unique place we've been to. The vibe is definitely a party one - that's because you can party 24 / 7 if you want to. We have stayed in the same location next to the nude pool because we like the convenience of being able to walk back and forth to the room and the pool. It does get a little noisy in the afternoon - so if you like to nap, stay in the H Block. The rooms are not 5-star resort rooms - but they're clean, comfortable, great AC, and well taken care of by housekeeping ever day. I don't understand any criticism of the food - it's outstanding - and plentiful. The same with drinks. There is always a bar open with a bartender who can pour your favorite drink. The truly outstanding feature at Hedo is the customer care by the entire staff. It is the only place that we have been where it seems everybody loves being their and taking care of their guests. From the wait staff at the main dining room, to the roving security, to the grounds keepers, and the bar staff - everyone is friendly and most importantly competent. If you are looking for a truly unique getaway - I enthusiastically recommend Hedo!

I was coming to this resort for quite a time last stay was horrible. They are claiming all rooms where upgraded, it's not true. may be just new paint on the walls. The food was bad, the only place to eat was Asian restaurant. Italian went from good to worse. Top shelf liquor HAHAHA, the best was Patron silver, cognac VSOP test like cheep bourbon. Customer service the worst.

I enjoyed my two week stay but had a few things I wanted to touch on: Moving the dining room dinner time up to 6:30pm would be a huge help. Please steam all vegetables, 70% of the veggies are prepared in oil or butter and that is very unhealthy and needs to change. Preparing veggies only with water would save money for the resort in the long run as well as be healthier for guest. Also serving steamed dark leafy greens at all food services having callaloo or pak/bok choy available all day would be wonderful. Not all visitors drink and want heavy food so that option would help a lot. Thank you for the food improvements since my last trip, the gluten free and dairy free area is a wonderful touch! More activities should be held at the clothing optional pool during the day. I had to change my room several times because of ac issues on the prude garden view side near pastafari, please update those units in those rooms. Once moved near flame I had no breathing issues. Is it possible to have the disco stay open longer than 1am as it did prior to the pandemic? At 1am the night is just getting started. Please also change the playlist for the nightly parties, if I hear FIREBALL one more time I’m going to scream. Is the nightly house band able to get Prince J back as the lead singer? He is sorely missed. Marshalyn- gym instructor, very attentive helpful and quick on fixing or notifying maintenance for any gym equipment issues I experienced. Bellman James- always going above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my luggage and transportation. Awesome EC staff: Shanoy, Jada, Mowayne, Omar, Romaine, Erick and Shannakay

Staff at the Kama Sutra Palace is amazing good energy and willingly share their knowledge.
