The hotel was amazing. Very beautiful setting and grounds. Serenity upgrade including the butler and separate pool with better liquor was a definite plus. I would recommend Haven to friends and family. The food was very good. I would like a Mexican restaurant to visit though!!

Don't Miss this one!
Fantastic in every way--food, service, room, pools, beach activities--I hope to return. The master suite room was amazing at over 1200 sq. ft and you must get the butler service and serenity package. Everything was clean. The drinks and service were spectacular!! Highly recommend!!

Serenity Pool. Thank you Sahel
We celebrated my mother’s 90th birthday at Haven Riviera Serenity, and it was truly a special experience. The service we received from Sahel Deul was outstanding! He was incredibly attentive to our mother throughout our stay and went above and beyond to add thoughtful touches that made the trip unforgettable. Top notch experience
The resort is top notch. beds were very comfortable, Staff was wonderful, very friendly, especially the pool staff. Our room was a swim out room, the last one at the end of the building and the waiter had to actually climb up a hill to get to our room on his rounds to see if we wanted drinks. The food in the restaurants was good, even the buffet. Had room service twice for lunch, it came quickly and was still hot when it got there. The resort is huge, we never did make it past the main part where the restaurants are. They do have a golf cart to take you from your room to the restaurants if you need. A long walk to get anywhere. The beach wasn't swimmable while we were there, but we don't get in the ocean much anyway, prefer the pools. Did see a few people out in the water occasionally. Our only complaint is that they did forget to refill our sodas in the mini fridge. Would definitely go again.

Great Experience!
The resort itself is gorgeous. We stayed in the garden view swim up suite and was just perfect for us and the other couple that they managed to get us right next door to. The service was great overall, but Samuel, Antonio and Fernando were absolutely incredible! Those three in particular give us all the reason to come back and visit again!
