This was our 2nd time visiting Haven and it was just as magical as the first time. This is definitely a beautiful and well kept property but the staff is what truly makes this place stand out. A huge thanks to our butler Denisee. Such a beautiful spirit. Request her if you can. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks to our buddy Auturo from the serenity club breakfast spot at Tahani, Jorge from Satsu and all of the amazing staff we encountered that helped to make this a memorable and amazing stay. We’ll definitely see you again.

Best resort ever!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a level of service and hospitality that went above and beyond our expectations. Everything about our stay was five-star – from the warm and attentive staff to the exquisite food that delighted us at every meal. The culinary team deserves the highest praise for creating such incredible dishes, each one a testament to quality and creativity. I would also like to give special recognition to two outstanding team members who made our visit even more memorable. Lucy at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful, always gracious and knowledgeable, and made navigating our activities seamless and stress-free. Most notably, Ana truly stood out with her radiant smile and caring presence. She consistently checked in on us, ensuring every detail was perfect. Ana made us feel genuinely special and valued, and her warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. Thanks to this unforgettable experience, we are already planning our return — and next time, we’re bringing friends! It’s not every day that you find a place that combines luxury, warmth, and top-tier service so seamlessly. Please extend our gratitude to your entire team for making our stay so exceptional.

5 year Anniversary/Honeymoon
Just got back yesterday and we miss the chilaquiles already. From the views, restaurants and staff at Haven. My wife and I would like to thank you for an incredible vacation/experience. The serenity club option truly is worth it, and the swim out ocean front of room 8009 is, well just book it if available. I called early after looking at reviews and requested that room and it was granted. And the pictures don’t do justice. Pablo, is THE best server, no questions asked. The view from Vistas breakfast is out of this world and Tahani was an exceptional show. We did it all, but yet did nothing because of the kind staff who met all of our needs during our stay. No question on if we will be back, just when.

Absolutely returning here!
Our trip was an unexpected surprise. We had so much fun. Christina from the Recreation Staff went above and beyond. Everyday she made sure we knew what was happening and enticed us to water aerobics, Spanish lessons and cooking lessons!!! Levi, our poolside bar attendant, ensured we were looked after all day with fresh drinks. Luis in the Flavours Restaurant was attentive and so entertaining. Degner, the pool concierge, acknowledged us throughout the day, providing us with answers to questions and fresh towels! Well done gentlemen! Valentina, the guest service manager, addressed a couple of concerns so well that we definitely would visit The Haven Riviera again, very soon. Thank you everyone, Deborah Newby

Haven really is Heaven!!!
Place is gorgeous. Love the quiet pool. So peaceful. The restaurants and staff were amazing. Shout out to Julian by the quiet pool he was outstanding. Very quiet at night. Bars are never over crowded. Italian rest had an antipasto area which was a wonderful bonus.
