It was delicious the people were funny and the waiters gave us a pastry that said buen viaje I recommend it a lot and I like how they gave the adults like a Korean drink and also I like how the cook in front of us and the fire goes all the way up it even wants to make dance

Our trip
Our 3rd time at Hard Rock Riviera Maya and it never fails the hospitality is amazing. They’re activities every day even though Milton was on its way. We did leave the hotel to do excursions which were awesome but I didn’t post and can’t wait for next year

Amazing 7-Day Stay | Incredible Staff | Outstanding Staff Service and Hospitality
We had an amazing experience staying at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The staff is incredibly helpful, provides amazing service, and always seems to go the extra distance to make us feel well taken care of. Throughout my stay, I became familiar with so many individual staff members that I immediately felt more at home than on a vacation. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or a long-term stay, definitely consider this place. Our only wish was for more food options for us, as we're both vegan - while there are vegan options on every restaurant's menu, it would have been great to have more variety, options, and traditional choices. In any case, this place is amazing, and I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing
The resort is fantastic. Everyone was always very nice and helpful. But, what made the trip simply amazing was that any questions or concerns we had our butlers Mafer and Paola were phenomenal. They made sure we had the best getaway possible.

Place to stay!
Stayed at the HardRock Hotel in Riviera Maya for our family trip this year and couldn’t be more satisfied. The resort is huge with an adult side (hacienda azul) and family side (hacienda Rojo) and private beach area so we felt safe with our toddlers. Our butlers Angel and Moises went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of our entire trip from transportation to restaurant reservations to pool lounging. Rigoberto out at the poolside lounge area delivered amazing service daily with drinks and food flowing. Will definitely be going back.
