Playground Paradise
Activities include playing in the giant ball pit, crossing the crocodile river, gliding on the mini zip line, and sliding down various slides. This is in addition to the obstacle structure we’ve had in operation for several months, which consists of an elevated obstacle circuit at 12 feet (3.65 m) high with varying levels of difficulty.
To use the obstacle course, slides, and soft play area, parents must read, agree to, and sign the Vibe City liability waiver. No child may enter the areas without the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children can use both amenities as often as they like, always following the instructions of Vibe City staff. The soft play & slides area includes 8 obstacles, 6 slides, plus a toddler area for children aged 0 to 3 accompanied by their parents. The large obstacle course features 17 different obstacles, 3 exits, and 1 entrance, all within a safe environment of nets and soft platforms.
The maximum capacity is 10 for the toddler area (including parents and children), 15 participants for the soft play & slides, and 18 participants for the obstacle course at the same time, plus 2 staff members.

Hard Rock Riviera Maya is a great place to vacation with family and friends! It has a great atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! It starts with our fantastic Butlers, Moises Lopez and Paola Avalos! They were amazing to work with and had several ideas for excursions and activities! We were delighted with the quality and taste of the food! Maria Hermosillo, the manager of Faro Restaurant, took such good care of us! Several days ago, we ordered Eggs Benedict, the chef, Flurzes. He came out to meet us after the first time we ordered. He said it was a pleasure to cook for us. Moises Lopez arranged this for our favorite sushi. Alfredo and Jorge, from Faro Restaurant, made us fresh sushi to eat at the pool! Montse, the manager of Wai Restaurant, remembered us from one year ago. Along with Guadalupe and Cresy always greeted us with a smile and had a special sign made for my husband. We enjoyed the food, the great service, and the atmosphere..... Otto, from the Heaven Pool entertainment staff, always kept up the excitement at the pool. He had games and activities for us to participate in. He played 80's and 90's Rock music for all of us (the whole pool population) to enjoy. Dancing in the pool was our favorite part. Thank you, Aline (DJ Warrior) and Gigi, for hiring great entertainment staff. We would like to thank every staff member who made our ten-day trip to HRRM so memorable! We will be visiting HRRM again and again. They know how to run a place!

Perfect spot for everyone!
We loved our stay! Such a beautiful resort. We went during spring break which was awesome for our 8 year old daughter. So many kids, so much entertainment, so many things for the kids to do. Vibe City is fantastic if you visit with kids. Best of all, we had the most amazing service from Samantha. She took of our every ask and even things we didnt know we needed. And all with a smile on her face. She made the trip that much more amazing. Highly recommend visiting. FYI rooms are small and dated compared to other hard rock resorts. But the atmosphere and the service definitely made up for it. Everyone was so nice and very accommodating. Also the shows were awesome! Favorites restaurant was Frida. If you’re adults only or HOF, definitely check out Wai and Umo. Both equally delicious. And Zen’s hibachi was so much fun and so good!

Amazing!!!
The best resort and stay thus far !! We stayed at the adults only side. Service, food, entertainment was absolutely top notch ! Smilling faces all day long and always looking to serve your needs. Family side seems amazing as well. Will definitely come back again.

Entertainment at its finest!
My family and I had a wonderful trip to Hard Rock Riviera Maya! We have been to other Hard Rocks, but this is one we will definitely be coming back to! There is always something to do, the staff are all so nice, and the food and drinks are delicious! We loved the activities run by the entertainment team, and especially enjoyed getting to know Hector, Dany, Eddie, Otto, Emi, Valeria, Jessie, and more!! They are a great team and make the experience so fun for the guests! We also especially enjoyed having Andres as our waiter in Isla restaurant, since we had him many days for breakfast and lunch! He always made sure we were taken care of and brought us extra fruit plates and fun drinks just to be kind! He made us feel so welcomed. Thank you to the whole Hard Rock team for making this a great trip for us!

It was a great trip. Our butlers Moises and Paola were very attentive and did a great job. We can’t wait to come back. Our kids had a great time. Recommend swim shirts for the kids it easier then remembering to reapply sunscreen. I would recommend Moises and Paola to anyone planning a trip to hard rock.
