Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.

I really wanted to love this resort. The food was great but the customer service was often hit or miss. I was upgraded to a swim out room which was nice gesture from the lovely man that checked me in. The first red flag was the aggressive sales tactics they used to try and sell their “membership”. I literally had the same guy call me everything morning at 8am and even follow me as I was walking to breakfast one morning! Housekeeping was no better, there were couple of days that my room was not cleaned properly. As in, the bedsheets were not changed, my patio was not swept, counter tops were not wiped down, towels not stocked, I can keep going but I think you get the idea. The resort itself is beautiful, however the location is not the best and is about a 45 minutes drive from the airport. Even to go into town still requires about 15-20 minute drive. Transportation is also expensive too. We were charged $300 US round trip for a private shuttle to and from the airport. Then to take another private shuttle to go to and from Mango Deck beach? Another $150 US round trip. There were 6 of us in total but those prices are completely outrageous . I also couldn’t go on the beach without being harassed by men who were trying to sell me drugs like cocaine and MDMA. The service at the bar inside the one main pool was atrocious. However, the biggest issue I had was the upon check out, to my surprise there was an unexpected charge of $100 due to “damage” of my room. This made no sense as there was absolutely nothing done to my room that only me and my 8 year old daughter were staying in. Then I come to find out, that it was noted on my file that there was a “dime” sized stain left on my bed sheets. Not once was this mentioned to me, even the night prior to checking out, when the public relations manager by the name of Mario came directly to my door apologize for the numerous inconveniences I had been experiencing through out my weekly stay. I’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in many luxury hotels and have never experienced something like this before were a person is charged for a small stain left on a bed sheet. Not to mention, these are the same sheets and towels that were stained to begin with what l’m assuming was something that the bleach was not able to remove. What an absolute joke. I don’t think I could stay at another Hard Rock property after this experience. I paid over $5000 Canadian dollars for 5 nights only to be made to feel embarrassed and belittled. This was not my first time in Cabo, and it certainly won’t be my last. But my feelings are too hurt to ever consider coming back here after what they did.

A unique experience, I love the details - incorporating as artifacts of the location with meal experience. The chef's put on a delicious selection of small tastes of each location. Awaken your senses seven course dining experience
Excellent experience. Highly recommend this dining experience if you have an adventurous palette. From start to finish every bite was amazingly delicious. Also comes with a beverage pairing which was also very good.
Great place to stay
We had a fun vacation with friends at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos. The resort was clean and staff was friendly. Noe was very helpful and always helped us when we asked about anything. He helped us set up massage appointments and dinner reservations at the Japanese restaurant. He was ready and willing to do whatever!
