Great location. Nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet. Amazing food Court, adjacent to property, as well as a healthy juice bar and spa on top level. 90-Minute massage was divine, and 2 Sisters making smoothies added to our experience!

Not handicapped friendly
I called 6 hours before check in to find out if we came before 3:00 check in time, would I be able to get into our room. The front desk manager told me there wouldn't be a problem. When I got there at 2:00 she told me that we would have to wait until 3 pm for a room unless I wanted to pay to upgrade to a suite. She did find me a room, it was a queen, and cost less however she still charged me for a king. The handicapped parking spaces are behind the hotel and you need to be able to climb 9 stairs. I asked if the manager was there and she said yes. I asked to speak to him and he never called me. I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times and there must be new bad management. About the room, it's very tired. There was a can light over our bed that flickered on and off all night. I always check the clock in the room and this one was off 1 hour. How long ago was the time change? This is my go to to see if a hotel is well run. This one isn't. My husband couldn't shower because he wasn't able to climb into the tub. The kings have walk in showers not tub showers. In all the years of being a care taker this is the first time that this has happened. Karma will pay that front desk manager a visit. I hope she remembers why. Thanks to the maintenance man that helped my husband stand up. He's one of the good ones.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Los Cabos
We were greeted and taken care of by Jorge Sanchez, so helpful and friendly. The hotel has a Great rooftop pool and bar; The Bartender was really nice and we were able to order lunch from a nearby restaurant so we could relax, eat and enjoy the great view. There is a wonderful group of restaurants right in front of the hotel with many choices of foods/drinks, including delicious ice cream.

Getting old, basic, not my first choice
The location is phenomenal. HOTEL: Getting old & outdated. Comfortable rooms, but ONLY 3-Star. Small old TV's, cheap blinds & towels, but nice they have ceiling fans & real wood built-ins. Overall a good value

Overcharged, no view
I have stayed at multiple Hilton properties and this has been one of the worst experiences. Check in process took about 40 minutes. There were ants in my room, I was given awful rooms on the first floor next to the conference bathroom and people on the street were able to see me. In top of that, they took a deposit for both rooms and charged me again at check out. No resolution on my credit yet and they don’t answer my calls. If you have to stay here, make sure that you check your credit card charges. They will over charge you.
