Very good service and the restaurants are excellent. Our daughter is celiac and she had special meals prepared for her every day. Thanks to Efren, Gabiela and the team! They were very helpful. The kids are also well treated and the shows are fun in the evenings

Don't come here if you think its a 5 star resort. "5 star" cheesy bread from the sports bar. I guarantee if you go to any dingy dirty sports bar in the world, you'll get better than this. Also Woke up the first day to no running water, family was in another room with no working outlets except 1.

One word! Diareea ! They are using the septic tank/grey water to water the lawns, there are grey water streams draining straight on the beach in 3 places , the smell is overpowering, especially around the so called family section. We got sick swimming in the water there. The stream by the family section is going on for so long now, that it has a green putrid growth around it. Inside, almost all the rooms have their a/c systems so old, that they're either freeze you or not cool at all anymore. Don't even get me started on their predatory timeshare people from the time you arrive. I talked with people who bought into their system, they're paying a lot more than people coming through regular travel channels.

Great resort!
Our family had a great time at this resort. The area is beautiful and views are stunning. We loved the beach, the waves were great for body boarding. It was nice that the boards were provided. One of the reasons we chose the resort as it seemed like you could surf at this resort ( which you definitely can if you are experienced) but it was not good for beginners. We found a lesson for my 8 year old son with a local guy 5 minutes down the road..worked out great! The service everywhere was fantastic. We stayed FS and were impressed with the food quality. We enjoyed eating at the nest (saw whales while eating here a couple times) and the warm FS pool. The kids club staff was very friendly, kids loved going..a bit more variety on the choices for activities would be great. Pickle, tennis and padel courts were nice, the gym was not so nice. The room was good - not a great view but the room was clean, the beds comfy and shower was perfect. Overall, a really nice time and we would prefer this location over the costa mujeres location (we were there December 2022). Thank you to ALL staff..everyone was so happy to help with anything that we asked.

Bar recommendations
Nos Encanto el servicio de Julio muy amable y atentivo 10/10. Esta ubuicado en la barra Hemingway. During our stay at palladium went to bar Hemingway. Please go see Julio the bartender he is amazing and great service. Also Dante at sports bar extremely attentive Fabian at the outdoor bar great service! Please go check them and have a great time !!
