Birthday Vacation
I went for my birthday and it was the best vacation ever! the view from the oceanfront room was amazing sun sets were breath taking. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel VIP. It was romantic as a couple but also provided kid friendly areas and activities. I can't wait to return as a family.

we had to contact Housekeeping on our first night as no wash rags were provided and we also needed a blanket. on our penultimate night we had to call again for toilet tissue as we were down to a quarter roll. HOWEVER OUR REQUESTS WERE ANSWERED IN REASONABLE TIME AND WITH VERY COURTEOUS ATTENDANTS. ONLY ONE LESS-THAN-POSITIVE ENCOUNTER.

Awful stay away
Presidential member and so wish we did not join this group. Jr suite, no more stocked bar awful poor management and this place has gone down the drain fast. Never join pay as you go!!!! I don't have anything nice to say but need a certain amount of characters. So many amazing places and no membership is ever needed!

Disappointing
The actual resort was pretty nice. The service end was very unacceptable. The big pool bar had one bartender so to try and get a drink was next to impossible. So we booked two cabannas on the very small beach the next day. We had our own server who started out strong then after the first hour went downhill fast. We had to ask other servers where he (Romondo) went and they did not know where he was either and they were not happy with him either. Finally he showed up with attitude and then did not come back again. Pretty pathetic. The services at the buffets was the worst I have ever experienced. It was hard just to get utensils or coffee from your server looking after you. They were continuously running out of food at the buffet and would not replenish it. SO we thought we would try room service and they said it would take 45 minutes but it actually took over two hours each time and our friends had the same problem. We found a different pool where the service was decent but then they kept running out of rum !! Who runs out of rum in Jamaica, this place ! I would go get morning coffee at the little coffee shop and they kept running out of Baileys. The Casino is ancient and very run down as well. We will not go back to this resort ever !! We have been to other Grand Palladium Resorts around the world and the experience was way more positive and way better ! There is absolutely no service at this resort. Please think twice before booking this resort in Jamaica !! They aslo kept running out of clean beach towels.

Worst Hotel experience
. I choose this spot to celebrate my 50th birthday and was super excited about celebrating this huge milestone, but several incidents led to this trip being horrible.I choose a ocean side suite king bed with a pullout with a private pool, upon arrival I was told they only had a room with a double bed.. The next day after breakfast we went to get the room changed, we were told it wasn't ready but would be at 3pm, wasn't rady until 5pm. When we arrived in the room, pull out not made, cracks in the tub, and roaches in the bathroom. They also ran out of comforters. My pool that I splurged to have, was being tiled and worked on, workers sitting around which prevented me from going outside to utilize. The fridge stopped working and was leaking all over the floor.I met with Guest services and the manager, to share my dissappointment, and was told there was nothing they could do. There was no compassion, it felt like they didn't care. I love Jamaica, but this hotel and its management was horrible..
