Froylan and Diana at Chang Thai were fantastic. There was a little snag at the restaurant with our reservation, however they were able to accommodate us within 20 mins and all the food and service was fantastic. Overall our stay at this resort has been great so far and we can’t wait to return someday.

We love Grand Palladium ARCHERY session
Danny is the best coach, very informative and skilfull. We are having a good time and enjoy the archery session. The practise really handy before we compete againts each other. Danny provide feedback to improve the skill and we keep getting better each time. Would love to come back and do it again! GOOD SPORT!!!

My Name is Carl. This is a follow up since my stay at Costa Mujeres on Dec 16 till Dec 30. After all my problems with the hotel, that was posted on Feb 13,2023. I did receive the funds that I was over charged for. It only took two months. I negotiated a settlement with Jesus Desiderio A travel club Manager. I agreed on for free nights at TRS Riviera Maya. I booked the vacation through a booking agent . I was going to use the four free night and spend 7 nights at the hotel, ( yes I would pay for the extra nights) Everyone was advised of this arrangement and it was authorized for my use. When I was checking in at the members office , they did not have record of the credit. I showed them a letter with the credit and it was signed by Jesus Desiderio. They would not honor this credit. As it turns out I did pay the full amount. What was I to do? I book a spa for the three of us on July 26. I advised the counter staff that I would be using my Palladium towards payment. Yes that is fine Mr, Carl Upon check out the office refused the take Palladium dollars as payment. I paid $722. USD dollars for three massages that is apox $1,000. CAD . Once I use the remainder of my free weeks I will not use my Membership again. I do strongly advise people do not join this club. If you have questions I will try and answer them for you. Such a shame the Hotel staff and food is fantastic. The rooms need work. Thanks, C Dale

Costa Mujeres "Think POPsitive"
Very good hotel, excelent instalations and great rooms. We're a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens with 16 and 14 years old) and we had great space for us. The best room we ever had for us 4 in terms of space and accomodation. The service is also excelent, since the butler Enrique until the waiters in all a la carte restaurants (Daniel and Roberto from Chang Thai, Roberto from El Dorado, Ardelio from La Adelita...just to name a few). The food in a la carte restaurants also excelent. The show given by Oscar in the Teppanyaki table of Sumptuori was fantastic. Very good range of options to spend your holidays on top of fabolous beach, from the pools to the Sports Bar, Cafeteria, Black&White Jr Club, etc. A point we would recommend an improvement is the evening shows at the Theatre, we went to a couple of them and felt them quite boring. But with the rest of options available we could always find other place to have a good time in the evening. Overall we liked very much our stay at GP Costa Mujeres and strongly recommend it to whom are planning to spend holidays at Costa Mujeres. And yes we plan to come back for another holidays.

Excellent Hotel and Resort
Facilities, Services, Shows and Nightlife are all rated excellent- 5 star. Restaurants are also excellent, Highly Recommended! Staff are very nice and accomodating. This is the second time that we visit the resort and my children had loved the resort and decided to comeback for the second time. Money worth spent for.
