Breastfeeding in the hall
We arrived at noon, checked in with a 4 month baby and GISELLE(hope that the management speaks to this person) told us that in 1 and a half hour maximum we would get our room. We asked if it could be faster because our baby had to breastfeed and would like to have privacy to do so. After waiting for that time they told us that there wasn’t still any room available. We renewed our request and waited for half an hour more… when we asked how was it possible that they couldn’t get a room in 2 hours, they told us that the policy said that the check-In was at 3pm. We ended up breastfeeding our toddler in the hall because their policy is not caring about you. My recommendation, never go there with kids, they just don’t care.

Good vacation
Overall we had a nice vacation week. If I go back, I will probably experiment more excursions... But I was afraid of traffic jams following the traveling experience from (and to) the airport. Plus: Nice clean place Well located Good animation Food ok Minus: Noisy room: you can hear everything 1h30 from the airport (traffic jams)

Overall, meh
tldr; I wouldn't recommend or go back. Let's start with the good, of which there is plenty: The resort is clean. The word "pristine" comes to mind. Many resorts pride themselves with cleanliness, but this is the best I've seen. The grounds are huge, requiring you to walk some distances. To some (like us) this is a bonus, some may not see it that way. However, there are golf carts riding around all the time and you can get a ride to your destination easily. There are also boats! WiFi is pretty good, except for the beach where there is no reception. Speaking on the beach, they keep it tidy and clear of seaweed which is nice. The less than stellar things, in order of importance to my family: 1. The food at the buffet tasted pretty bad. There were 8 or us and none of us enjoyed the food. We had better luck at some of the a la carte restaurants. Make sure you reserve spots on the day you arrive. 2. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We all work up stiff. 3. It was HARD finding out about activities. You had to ask 3-4 staff members every day just to find out what's available. Often the activities would be short in participants. No wonder since nobody knew about them. 4. In some resorts or on cruises you'd find that the staff tries to do whatever they can to accommodate. This is not that kind place. Rules are more important than accommodating you. Ex: No reservation even though the restaurant is empty? That's your problem. Go to the lobby to reserve. Overall, nothing special here, you can probably find a resort for similar $$$ but with a better experience.

Family vacation after COVID
This was the first family vacation after COVID. We found it very relaxing! The only problem we had was that we we faced was that we wanted it to be longer! Everyone was very nice and willing to help out!
