    Great family vacation

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! They are very hard working and extremely reliable and helpful! They had a nice gym and an amazing Rafael Nadal tennis court. The kids daycare was so good, our kids loved being there and the kids programs in the evenings were really diverse; Sarai, Amy & Yevonne were so amazing. The pool was so nice and they had fun classes by and in the pool, fun water aerobic classes that my mother enjoyed and one of the instructors was so funny, I don't know how to spell it but his name sounded like "Jasio/Haseo". The different restaurant foods were good but average; the 2 buffet places were really good. I would also say the rooms were really pretty but walking around barefoot my feet got dark, so I would say they should do a slightly better job cleaning the nice stone floors.

    TRS Stay

Staff was very friendly, butlers were on point and responsive. Not impressed with food in general except for breakfast options. The hibachi was fun and yummy. Not enough bartenders at swim up bar. Beach service was excellent, water was comfortable and able to get in throughout trip. The seaweed was managed very well and not smelly or taking over the beach area. There are plenty of chairs poolside--no need for Survivor style saving of the chairs. We really found food for all at Isla Blanca buffet and breakfast everywhere was pretty good but was not overly impressed with food otherwise or poolside. Carts were available to drive you around the property as it is very large to visit all aspects. However, neither Family Selection or TRS check in offered guidance to where to eat, hours or you are here kind of info. The butlers send info the following day after you arrive for day events and resort info but this should be done the day you arrive. Take your cell number at check-in and get it set up then. Then you can also see what is available to start making reservations for activities as well as restaurants much easier. Rooms were beautiful and clean although set up much more like couples only and not as well situated if you are with just friends or want privacy. Silent disco was so fun!! Dancers are great in the shows. On site activities are fun-try them all!

    Wedding in Mexico

It was not kid friendly for teenagers. My daughter kept getting yelled at for not being able to join the rest of the party we were there with. It was not a good experience but the staff was very helpful and tried their hardest to accommodate the best they could at times

    Nice but extremely big

Resort was nice however you need a golf cart to get around because of the size. Dinner reservations need to be made in advance. Night one we had to eat at buffet because nothing was available. Rooms are very humid (wet bedding). Pool service for drinks is almost non existent, you find yourself going to bar yourself. The chic cabaret show was very enjoyable. Would recommend the hibachi restaurant as well. Wish at arrival they would have given a handout of all the events and shows happening during our stay.
