Everything exceeded our expectations
The resort was beautiful, the means of getting around on carts or by boat was so useful and the kids just loved it, the majority of the staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The food even at the buffet was mostly delicious (nest had some odd breakfast choices). Jennifer and Luis in the family selection were so so awesome and same with the pool butler - she was fantastic also! Overall we were so happy to stay here! Highly recommend!

Great Japanese food!
Excellent food and service. Best meal at Grand Palladium so far. Thanks to Armando and the chefs. Come have the best experience ever. Beautiful restaurant. Chic and modern. The beef gyozas for an appetizer are to die for. Beef filet and salmon for mains were perfectly cooked. Tempura ice cream and banana spring rolls for dinner were the perfect ending to an excellent dining experience.

Disappointing
Stayed with family & friends over Christmas. Honest review 1. At all inclusive resorts I have been to everyone gets the same. Not here. Different bands = different levels 2. The resort itself is beautiful 3. The general staff are amazing & so helpful 4. The rooms are huge lovely but small details need to be looked after, towel rail fell off, line on balcony fell off in my hand, attention required 5. The lobby, we had some dreadful weather so everyone had to stay indoors. Tables not cleaned, floors never cleaned, carpets only swept and never hoovered. Not a nice environment for anyone. 6. Drinks were good but again depending on the colour of your wristband you couldn’t have all the brands. They don’t tell you that before you book 7. It’s about 30 mins from Cancun with nothing else in the area, taxis c.$40 each way, difficult when there are 6 people, and very few child seats anywhere 8. Restaurant booking, very hard unless you want to tip the bookers! 9. Beach is amazing!! 10. Left the worst for last, the food, bland, overcooked or raw. Many restaurants in the resort and you would expect good Mexican food at their Mexican one, It’s just not. Excuses after excuses. Buffet ok. Steak restaurant was good. Japanese was good, have the sushi, but that’s was about it. Really not a great dining experience Overall for the price it was a very disappointing experience and spoke with many who felt the same. We did speak to management, was told this is not a European 5*, I thought it meant the same everywhere!! Could be amazing but let’s itself down which could be easily fixed in my opinion Won’t return and would think carefully before booking with this hotel group if this is what they think 5* is

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE TEENAGE KIDS
WORST place for teenage kids - -if you have kids under 18 they force you to book on family side what they do not tell you is that all the good restaurants are on adult side and you cannot take your kids.

Amazing!!!
We tried the Hydrotherapy at the Spa. Rio was our guided and was absolutely amazing. She took us through the hot and cold therapies, brought us towels, and kept us comfortable. Enjoyed our time at the spa we did it twice!! Thank you Rio!!
