    Golden Parnassus and Sumo restaurant

    The Sumo restaurant had the best service at the resort. Our waiter Victor was incredible and the chef Fernando came out to meet us. It was a great experience. The Hotel is older than it looks in the photos but still had a blast.

    Awesome

    We come here every year and are never disappointed. The staff is the absolute best, helpful and courteous. The resort is small not large and flashy which suits us. Rooms are quite comfortable and restaurants are good. Ocean view room is the best.

    Review

    Service was really good, they greet you with drinks as you do the check in. Check in was fast and easy process. They carry your luggage up to the room as you finish the check in. Bars close until 1 am and they have an area where you can play pool, table tennis, and other games while they play music.

    Excellent service!

    The staff here is amazing! Everyone is kind and will bend of backwards to make sure you are satisfied. Adrian the night time manager was awesome! The bartenders Jose, Fonzi, Sébastien, Fermin, Heliadio, Carlos, Ricardo are some of the best! They are they to entertain you and make delicious drinks! Carmen and Maribel were our favorite poolside servers! Such sweet ladies! The breakfast buffet waiters are amaing also, we loved Oscar, Gaspar, and Emilio. At Sumo Sophiania was a true delight! Excellent service! If you want a home town feel this is the place to go!!

    I only stayed 2 days. And i would definitely go back

    Wonderful staff and property. Wish the drinks were top shelf but it was not a problem for me. The price was good. The property is small compared to those Mega hotels they are building now in Cancun, maybe that's what I liked about it. Would stay again for sure.
