    Great honey moon spent at an amazing resort !

    Came here with my husband for our honeymoon and couldn’t of had a better time ! From the moment we arrived we’ve been treated with the upmost hospitality ! From day 1-7 we couldn’t of asked for more ! Our concierge Javier Rosario couldnt have been better ! He’s made our stay so comforatable and easy this past week ! If you come here ask for him ! Defiantly the best! He helped book dinners, beach visits and the spa ! We will def be back ! Thank you garden suites by Melia !

    The staff made my stay enjoyable

    Stayed and at a Garden swimup suite. Deibi at check-in was nice and made the proceeds vey easy. Rooms somewhat outdated but very spacious and the maid always kept it clean. No bugs issued as mentioned in other reviews. Bellboy Manuel Perez was very polite and helpful. He attended me from day one Inspected my room, made sure everything was ok from mini bar, snacks to AC settings. Also attended to any questions or special requests. The other bellboy are very friendly and drove me around the resorts in each time I wanted to go to the beach or to activities and dinners at the other included resorts inside the complex. HydroGrill restaurant was my favorite place. Miguel and Mirian at the bar were very friendly and prepared my food to meet my dietary restrictions and taste. Server Emmanuel at Aqua restaurant was the best. Always has a smile. He made sure I was well attended and offered dishes meeting my special diet needs. Overall, this is not the best resort for a solo traveler. Late nights are boring. I expected the food to have better presentation served warm and fresh.(only at Hydrogrill did and some options at Gabi club where ok. Food does not meet the standards for a 5 star resort as the pricy luxury vacay Melia sells. The Gabi buffet was a better option for me over the restaurants included at Falcon’s. Falcons food wasn’t good and the staff there was rude and looked overworked. Staff at the beach was nowhere to be found I didn’t get the service that was promised. Was feeling lost about where to seat bali beds are not included. Katmandú park is the only open late activity on weekends but this is for Children a complete family atmosphere. There is nothing to do at any of the resorts in this complex after 10pm. You end up siting alone at a bar until you get sleepy or it shuts down. Or hanging out at the lobby with the staff. (Thanks god they are nice). No need to bring a nanny. You will be in bed early with the children. At Katmandú the High Point adventure was a cool experience for $20 you don’t need to purchase the admission pass since you are staying at Garden Suites. Smaily and the lady at ticketing were helpful and very friendly. Darnys at one of the franchise stores was very nice. Definitely the staff at Garden Suites made my stay enjoyable. 4 stars since food and entertainment did not meet my expectations for the price. Staff is a 5. Pls tip if you had good service. Glad I didn’t upgrade to Falcons or Palma Real.

    Great Experience

    Great experience, very nice pools and landscaping. Easy access via golf cart to the other hotels. Golf carts came very often. Very kind and welcoming staff. . Javier helped answer our questions and Erimoy made our check in and out very easy

    We can't say enough good things about how friendly the staff are and how clean this resort is. We were so impressed with everyone's level of professionalism and nice everyone was throughout the entire stay. This resort has a very nice atmosphere and was amazingly clean everywhere we went. The beach area beautiful but get ready to get asked to buy something about every 10 minutes which gets a little annoying. The only real drawback was the food. We finally were able to find some things we could eat but overall the food experience was really bad. Overall, we had a great time and loved everything but the food.

    The best hotel ever!!! We visited the hotel after 9 years and really this has been an incredible experience best service best restaurantes best drinks!!! Deibi Martinez has been a great support he helped with an quick and best check out doing our experience the best I definitely recommend this hotel!!!! The best vacactions
