Could get better with major improvements
I just wanna say that this hotel is beautiful. It has gorgeous rooms, amazing restaurants, and everything here is set for success, but I have to say that it needs a lot of work to be a 5 star property. Not once did we have our room cleaned. That wouldn’t be a reason enough for me to never stay here again, but my number one reason for never staying here again is that there is no hot water. Well let me say there is hot water, but it takes 10 minutes to access it And for me that’s just never gonna cut it.

Beautiful Hotel
This hotel is beautiful. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and good vibes. Our room was very spacious, super clean, and we had a beautiful view. The restaurant Komodo is amazing. Everything we ordered was so delicious. The server was amazing can’t remember his name but everyone was very nice and attentive to us.

Awesome gym, Ok suite
Booked with Alex platinum. Stayed in royal suite with best view. No upgrade. Breakfast only $60 for two people. No priority checkin or direct access elevator for royal suite. Breakfast selection is limited if selected to use credit. Glass window was dirty so I couldn’t really have the best view. We stayed at pretty high floor but could still hear music from the pool right outside. Located far end of strip is not the most convenient. Room was great but AC directly blowing air to me on bed. Shower pressure low and wish there was a separate shower handle. Bathroom has good amenities like razer, toothbrush, Marvis toothpaste. TV poor quality but it got TLC channel. Fitness center was more than awesome but wish all treadmills were technogym.

My favorite resort
Fontainebleau has become my favorite hotel. I have stayed at all the major strip resorts, and it is nicer than any. But what really puts it over the top is how every employee seems to go out of the way to be nice to guests. Everyone from the front desk to the maids goes out of their way to be helpful and quite nice. The room quality is second to none. The rooms are gorgeous with their own unique reserved style. Soft blues with pops of gold and other colors. Nice amenities like robes and slippers, excellent bath products, and essentially a built-in mini-fridge. The bathroom is lovely, functional, and spacious. Many rooms have an excellent view of the Sphere, which adds to the experience. And the resort has its own style. It is beautiful and totally cool but without trying too hard. It has over three thousand beds, but is relatively compact considering the size and is easy to get around once you understand the layout. You realize that it has a unifying theme and style, but it does not hit you over the head with it. I never feel crowded or rushed when in the hotel. Just an enjoyable oasis from which to experience Las Vegas. In short, it just seems to know who it is and does its thing. I just came back from a stay, and stayed there last June as well. It would be better if it were center strip, but It has so much going for it that I am happy to drive elsewhere for a meal or a show. I was by myself but had a great time at the Nowhere Lounge talking to the bartenders and listening to the live band. I also had a great time at Mother Wolf where the server Michelle and manager were very friendly. I will also note that within walking distance Westgate and the Sahara have cheaper eats and entertainment. For that matter, Circus Circus is close, and there is a McDonalds across the street from Fontainebleau. Fontainebleau is slowly gaining clientele and I would take advantage of the lower rates while you can.

Very nice hotel on end of strip
Really liked this hotel. The only downside is that it's on the far end of the strip. If it was in the middle...I'm sure prices would be much higher. It's a really nice hotel...seems very modern...well designed. Free parking is a plus and it's easy to get in and out. Pool area is very well done with lots of shade opportunity. Right next door to the convention center. Overall...would definitely stay here again next time!
