A great resort, great beach, great restaurants, no time share people hounding us all day like the Grand Mayan. No extra hidden fees of hundreds of dollars like the Grand Mayan. Great snorkeling in the rocks in front of the resort. All around great place. Get an ocean facing unit to reduce noise impact from the nightclubs.

If you want a fiesta, this is the place.
We had a 3 bedroom unit facing the bay. The beach was lovely and we saw turtles and rays from our balcony. The snorkeling in the rocks off the beach was great. The restaurants were excellent and inexpensive. The drinks were great. The pools were great. There were plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. This place was far nicer than the Grand Mayan where we have stayed before.

This hotel remains the most well run hotel in the heart of Acapulco. The GM Mauricio is outstanding and always makes sure his guests are well cared for. The pool staff Saul, Kiki and Julio do a great job and the water aerobics are alot of fun. Alway many new additions to this hotel about 25 new loungers adult only section even with the lower level pool behind the showers very quiet and secluded perfect for couples. Pictures attached. The service and drinks poolside are delicious and reasonable Christina is excellent!! The food poolside and restaurant is top shelf. Housekeeping terrific as always and a great job done by all.

Hardworking staff with attention to detail. Not 5-star, but very nice for the price. It is hard to imagine how many things have to come together to provide for a memorable and favorable vacation. Spacious one bedroom condo, fantastic bed, Jacuzzi, 2 A/C units, free and nice coffee/ice/laundry machines, large refrig/freezer/stove, and beautiful views of the beach and city. One A/C unit failed due to over-freezing, so we had the other one available (while the friendly maintenance man, Rene, quickly made an adjustment to fix it. They were quite attentive (esp to cleaning, Lucia and all were great). Why they lost a star: - we were without hot water in the kitchen all week (someone sealed the wall with the hot water turned off). - we were quickly checked in; but when one of the keys malfunctioned, Itzel tried to send me back into the checkin line (rather than taking 3 seconds to see what the issue was.) - the room could use more bureaus/hangers for clothes - the "sofa" was really for an extra bed... too deep to actually use as a sofa From the moment we arrived, Luis, our bellboy, was courteous and attentive; and, throughout the week, reception was the same. All in all, a fantastic week.

The staff was very friendly, the check out is a noon, but they allow me to use the room two hours more , unfortunately the mean pool was reparations but I was aware about that, very good experience , thanks
