Beautiful resort! I want to specify our entertainment was our highlight of the trip! Eddy, Isaac, and Miguel were amazing they did many activities with us and were always around to help when we needed them. The resort had two beautiful pools, a hot tub, ocean view so whenever you want you can go to the beach, unlimited food and drinks!

Feb 15, 2025Great Experience, but Disappointed About the Kids Club Closure
Our stay at Fiesta Americana was fantastic overall! The food was delicious, and the customer service was truly exceptional. I can’t say enough great things about the staff—Samuel, Javier, Eladio and everyone at the buffet went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the kids club was closed for renovations during our entire stay, which was quite disappointing. Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality. Would definitely consider returning once the kids club is open again!

Fiesta Americana
The staff are incredibly nice and we especially enjoyed our pool waiter “JJ” and the concierge Carla. They both went above and beyond for us. The food is overall very good. The only meal I didn’t particularly enjoy was from the steak restaurant. Everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend getting a Bali Bed at least one of your days. The normal chairs by the pool and beach go really fast-most are gone by 8am so if you want one you better get out there early to reserve your spot with a towel or a beach bag!

Checks Every Box
I love this place! Second year here and it’s even better than last year! I love everything here. The food is great and the staff is even better! Eddy at the swim up bar pool is great and Jessica in the spa was so nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back. This place is the standard in Cancun.

Very good service soledad deprevencion was amazing she provided a welcome fir my mother in her room as it was her first visit. we had good room service and good food the place was clean I would recomend for family and friends good price for the service
