    Fun For Everyone

    A wonderful place to stay and have fun. Dick's was hilarious if you're into getting "great" customer service. I wished I was able to enjoy the pool but on a time budget, I was not. Thunder from Down Under delivered with amazing talent. Highly recommend.

    No common area amenities

    The room only had 1 trash bin. The headboard and light fixtures were dusty. The table and chairs were dirty. No soap in the bathroom. No common area amenities such as a microwave. No refrigerator in the room.

    Not what I expected

    Our room was located right by the elevators and could hear them when we were in for the night. No refrigerator in the room. Other than that, room was pretty decent, clean and the floor was quiet. May go back.

    Rooms can be dirty so watch out

    Rooms were very dirty and/or not acceptable to stay in. The quality was unacceptable and in barable. I hate that they keep carding me and 4 different people helped me and couldn’t even use the virtual key

    Overall a Below Average Hotel

    Problems with mobile check in, cleanliness and staff ageism. The room was nice with a fairly good view. The overall impression of the hotel was grubby compared to similarly priced Las Vegas hotels. The location is quite good with a tram to the Luxor and Mandela Bay hotels and a walkway to New York, New York.
