Pretty dated and old place. I'd take my business elsewhere next time. The smell is horrible in each room, the air purifiers are in place but they don't work. Get ready to do second hand smoke even at your rooms. This was a waste of my money. Will go elsewhere next time

Rena S at the MGM Rewards desk is always very helpful. She answered all my questions about my rewards. I came for the first time last year and returned in January 2025. She remembered me from 1 year ago which is great customer service! I will definitely be returning to Excalibur during my next Vegas trip.

Avoid at all costs... The entire hotel is in need of a face-lift. The casino floor and bars are deserted. The elevators, with their etched graffiti, are the first sign of what's to come. The room welcomes you with a fetid smell and old furniture. The air conditioner looks to have never been cleaned and spreading unknown dust and mold. The only aspect of this hotel that was a surprise was the fitness center which wasn't bad at all.

Casino and hotel need renovation rather than maintenance. Wash sink is always struck with water. Hotel smell a lot. change of carpet is required. Casinos look is outdated. They have upgrade it . Except raise in food prices at outlet, i dont see any raise in standard of casinos after covid

2024的美國 road trip。我們在拉斯維加斯住了兩晚。選擇拉斯維加斯酒店時，其實出現了不少小煩腦。有想過避開 resort fee，有想過不住近 strip，有想過住 old downtown。後來，發覺真係要方便，方便大家在 Las Vegas Strip 遊玩，選擇大道兩旁，需要另加 resort fee 的酒店是最好的選擇。而平平地，有這一間《Excalibur Hotel》 (石中劍酒店)，啱晒我們一家大細住同玩兩日。 在 Las Vegas Strip，基本上間間都咁大間。而《Excalibur Hotel》算是大道旁的一間比較老字號的酒店及娛樂場。 《Excalibur Hotel》同許多的拉斯維加斯酒店一樣，都附設了一個巨大的停車場。之不過，在 Las Vegas 既酒店泊車，就要 $$$ 了。雖要錢，但作為住客付了錢之後，憑酒店房的門卡，係可以自由進出停車場的。此外，因為《Excalibur Hotel》是 MGM 集團旗下的酒店，車輛可自自由進出各 MGM 旗下的娛樂場所啊。 當晚，泊好車之後，大家就慢慢推行李入酒店了。在遠處看，酒店就像一座城堡的一樣。女兒看都城堡的塔時說：「好開心，我住係城堡入面。」。而一入到去，就是 King Arthur 拔出王者之劍時的模型了。 所以， 酒店既主題，就是中古的英國城堡。 由於這是一間好大的酒店，也是整個 Las Vegas Strip 中最經濟實惠的酒店之一。所以，每晚都好多人入住，等 check in 既人龍，無時無刻都係超長。我排了差不多有10分鐘，再5、6分鐘搞好 check in 手續。我們一家人，就開心地去取房了。 入到房，第一個感覺是開心的。因為房真係夠大間。兩張大大既床，又夠晒舒適。開心的女兒立即上床跳跳跳了。 浴室夠大，也是令人滿意的。只是我們感覺到其設施有點舊，而且沒有浴缸，只能站著洗澡，大家都有少少的失望。 然而，我們發現一道久違了的隨意門，是舊式酒店才有的相連房門。我們兩個家庭，立即打開門，把兩間房連在一起。大家分配物資，小朋友一起玩，一起在房內品味自製早餐，非常之開心及方便。 唯一失策的是，我們沒有帶自家的熱水壺。因為，這酒店，真係連一滴飲用水都不會提供。 我們住在 Royal Tower，是兩棟大樓中，相對上比較便宜的一棟。有的房，會對著內園景，有的，會對著大馬路。而我們的兩間房，就面對著對面 Luxor Hotel 的金字塔。 白天再看，更可以看到機場，景觀算是不差。 既然在一間有娛樂場既酒店住上兩晚，當然要探探此酒店的 Casino 啦。 說真，這一個 resort，是一個大人、小朋友都啱玩既地方。有吃的，有賭場，有精品店，有表演，也有遊戲機舖。大人們去碰碰運氣，小朋友及不好賭博的朋友在場內又可以吃喝玩樂。的確，像我外父外母，來拉斯維加斯來到熟晒的，天氣熱同行動得不太好，決定留在 Resort 不外出的他們，半點也不悶啊。 便宜，有質素，而且地點算是方便。難怪這一間據說有4000多間房的酒店，長期都是人山人海。來 Las Vegas 玩，想住得經濟實惠，這《Excalibur Hotel》，是一個性價比很高的選擇。
