Great
Noel is an excellent cook!! as well with all the other staff that helped us including the waitresses and front desk, we will definitely be back especially because of the amazing views of downtown and the beautiful river walk outside.

Filthy room
The room is dirty, holes in the wall, torn up furniture, mold on the window trim, doors scratched up, blood stains on the walls, broken bathroom tile collecting mold in shower, smeared substance on the wall, hair and hair elastics on the floor in the bathroom. What appears to be smeared vomit or food on the living room furniture as well as sticky end tables in the living room. Nice front desk staff. But would not spend over $250 for a room this filthy. Being a Hilton reward member my family and I will be selecting a different Hilton in the area next time we have to visit San Antonio.

I would definitely come back and recommend you guys to our family and friends!!
Everyone was friendly, respectful from the checking in, happy hour and our breakfast before the long drive home to Southern California ❤️ The view from our room was beautiful over looking the river and the buildings.

Nice hotel in a good location
Nice hotel with a good location on the river walk. Onsite restaurant, Range, is excellent. Good breakfast option variety and wonderful attentive staff! Hotel is a little outdated, but I’m not too picky. Nice workout facility and outdoor pool area.

Great Stay!
I want to say that we had a fabulous stay here and highly recommend it. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with the large water feature. It has lots of places to sit and lounge. There is only valet parking. Its about $45 per day...but we felt our car was safer here. It does not cost extra if you have the valet get your car multiple times per day--the fee is for the 24 hour day--not each time you have to get your car. The staff was helpful and gracious. We had to ask for extra towels and pillows and they were always kind and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. We had a 1 bedroom--and 5 of us were in the room. The beds were very soft and comfy. The breakfast was very good. They had pastries, cereal, soda, juice, coffee, omelette station, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and all the fixings to make a breakfast burrito like eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes... One of our favorite things we did at the hotel was their happy hour in the evening. They had an array of adult beverages like beer, rum and coke, rum punch, margaritas and they had drinks for kids like soda and a "shirley temple" (sprite and cherry juice) which my kids loved. They had a few snacks like chex mix. The hotel is right on the River Walk. We loved being able to walk right outside and walk the River Walk and visit the Alamo and decide which restaurant we want to eat at. My only complaint was only 2 elevators were working so there was always a line to use the elevator. Sometimes it was quite long. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
