The entertainment was excellent. The silent disco was our favorite. We had such a blast with Benjamin and Luana! Didier made sure we had everything we needed. The staff made this trip fun :) The facility could use a face lift and better food options.

This was my husbands and I first trip together out of the country and it was great! Every worker was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had, they were very organized at keeping track of who’s coming and going and called us the night before to make sure we had our bags picked up and brought up to the front in time for our departure. The drinks were great, the resort was beautiful and very well kept. The Asian restaurant was our absolute favorite, we would’ve ate there every night if we could’ve! If we ever get the chance to travel to Mexico again this will be the resort we choose!

Amazing week in Mexico 🇲🇽
The resort is beautiful very tropical more so on the palms side.. we stayed at the seaside suite pool side but it feels like it is all one resort.. premium food & drinks were a plus.. so many places to have delicious food.. rooms are very clean.. entertainment is good.. fire show and the mextican party amazing.. shout out to Benjamin and Luanna at the seaside pool.. we had tons of fun with them zumba, name that tune & movie, volleyball, painted clay pots just to name a few.. we will definitely come back.. my only suggestion is that we were a group of 14 and could never have dinner together.. although our group didn't always eat dinner at the same time as some of us preferred to eat later... 4 of us couples we preferred the later dinner.. for example our last night was at the Italian 9pm lots of empty tables so it would of been no problem to put 2 tables together.. they offered to put us together on one condition that we purchased a bottle of their wine.. being we had 2 bottles of our own we brought for dinner we didn't want to purchase a 3rd bottle of wine.. I've never been to a resort that you had to buy a table.. whether it was for dinner or one of their entertainment shows.. that is the only down fall with this resort.. and they didn't even sit us close together our 2 tables of 4.. japanese and Italian nights we were on opposite sides of restaurant lol.. all 14 of us agreed we did have an amazing week and would return or recommend this resort 🥰 ✈️🌞⛱️🌴🇲🇽

Beautiful resort complex!
Beautiful resort complex, wide variety of food and dining options! There are peaceful areas for relaxing or a party around the corner. Drink selections are wonderful and a very friendly staff. If you like the beach and snorkeling the Palms side is a short walk or cart ride and there are a lot of pools to choose from. We loved our 1st floor swim out to the main pool!

From daytime to the night life and everything in between, Benjamin, Luana and Luis were the best and most fun!
In addition to having the comfiest bed I’ve ever laid on, Benjamin, Luana, and Luis made sure we had the time of our lives. They are very engaging and it’s an inclusive environment. No one ever felt left out and it was constant laughs. It’s a trip I’ll never forget and hopefully get to experience again!
