    Great birthday trip

    We went to Dreams for my husband's birthday and brought our mothers for their first trip out of the country. Thank you Isidoro for making our trip memorable!! Pool and waitstaff Omar and Alejandro were amazing! Great staff who went above and beyond to give us a great trip! We booked preferred swimout and loved the location. Food was always great and service spot on!

    Excellent stay but only negative point is as marketed as a family hotel children should be allowed access to the italien restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities very good and good locatio .

    Nice location in Puerto Vallarta

    Love this place! The food was really good, great rooms and pool and beach views. The staff was amazing especiall Edga, Isidro and concierge hosts took real good care of us and can't wait to be back again.

    The staff here was amazing everyone is very attentive throughout our stay . We had an amazing butler Neomai she made sure our stay was fantastic from start to finish she is extremely helpful and wonderful Our waiter Oliver was amazing took care of us every day he was excellent he was our server in the buffet- carnival restaurant Our pool waiter Mario Guy was excellent and extremely pleasant and made sure we always has drinks when needed he was amazing Carolina was wonderful she made sure our stay was wonderful and we were happy We stayed in room 1373 Phil and Rose Thank you all the amazing staff to many to name But Noami our butler Oliver our waiter at carnival Mario guy our pool waiter And Carolina just to name a few excellent customer service and was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times!!!!!!!!

    Entertainment black jack

    Yunuen is a better dealer and her team Jared and Kissel were so fun the room was clean and the service is incredible, we also did the aqua trampoline with the entertainment staff and it was so cool, everybody was so good with us also the Waiters by the pool
