We spent one week at DREAMS and had an incredible experience. The entertainment team was awesome and very attentive to the needs of families with children. There were a variety of activities for our son to participate in, including time at the Kids' Club. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the options for dining are fantastic. I appreciated the efforts of all staff in all areas of the resort. Our experience at the Spa was rejuvenating, service from the restaurants was wonderful, and we loved the various shows each evening.
Excellent service, disappointing facilities
Overall it did not meet our expectations of Dreams reputation. Food and service was excellent. Pool availability and building maintenance was far below our expectations. Maybe we were expecting too much, just expected more from their up priced resort and reputation
Pluses and minuses
Our room on the 6th floor was amazing, the upkeep of the resort was well taken care of………Those were the positives…….. The food was mediocre at best, waiting 1.5 hours for dinner was ridiculous, if you paid the host $ you got moved up in front of others waiting, if you spoke Spanish you got served faster. Mixed drinks were subpar and a surprise unless Ricardo at the adult pool was making them. The resort has amazing potential……… but……..

everything was top tier ! every single person at the resort was friendly and helpful !! no complaints whatsoever. the views were excellent and they had plenty of activities for us to do! the food was also pretty good!
Good all-inclusive experience
Overall, my partner and I had a great time at Dreams Los Cabos. The food was a highlight, it was really good for an all inclusive. We also enjoyed the smaller size of the resort, pools, the room was nice and spacious with a great view. Martin provided outstanding service from the Barefoot Grill. Some things I think the resort could work on are: the pillows - I’ve had better pillows at hostels I’ve stayed at, and asking for new ones brought more of the same; the hours of operation of the beach and pool bars - it’s listed everywhere online and on their app that they’re open until 7pm for drinks, but in reality they stopped serving drinks by 5 or 6pm every day; pool towel situation - you need way more towels or to use towel cards, most days it was impossible to find a pool towel after 10am. Overall impressed, and would return to this resort and/or this brand.
