Service was great, food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and clean, my favourite place to eat was Portofino and my favourite dish was the lasagna 100% would recommend staying at Dreams Aventuras.

EPIC GIRLS TRIP
We took our girls for their senior trip and it was EPIC! Not sure where to start! Oceana overlooked the dolphin lagoon so we could watch the dolphins as we had our morning coffee. The breakfast at this restaurant was simply delicious! The rooms were clean and nice and cool! Room service was slow if you called later in the morning, but if you are an early riser, it was fast! Now to the fun stuff! My cabana man Benji was the absolute BEST! He was always so happy to see us and went out of his way to make us so comfortable. If you can go to the spa and see Vanessa! She was wonderful, and the services were splendid! What can I say about Luis and the entertainment staff! THEY WERE AMAZING! The beach bar was so tranquil and beautiful! We all had so much fun and were so depressed to leave! WE WILL BE BACK!

Heaven in the Mayan Riviera
We were at Dreams Aventuras from March 21-28. Been to other Dreams and Secrets before, never Preferred till now, DEFINITELY worth it. We had a Marine view room #735. Loved having the dolphins nearby with an amazing view of the marina. Loved having the concierge within 20 feet, always asking if we needed anything, and it was ALWAYS done right away. So nice having Oceana to ourselves for breakfast and lunch. Never hard getting a lounger at the Preferred pool. Food was amazing at El Patio whether buffet or a la carte, and Portofino. We ate at all the restaurants, Seaside being my least favourite. Fun having quick tacos, burgers or pizza on the beach at Barefoot Grill. I loved being in a gated community, felt very secure. The only criticism we have was the nightly entertainment. Not interested in twice weekly Karaoke and circuses. The board had other shows to come, would have liked to see those. Special thanks to Abigail, our Preferred concierge, Hector our Preferred drink waiter and sometimes bartender who brought us pizza, and of course Ruben our Preferred pool concierge who always gave us a chuckle cleaning everyone's sunglasses and handing out cold towels. Can't wait to return!!!

Birthday celebration at Dreams Aventuras!
The staff at this resort was awesome! They really made my birthday special. The whole lobby staff sang Happy Birthday to me when I arrived and gave me a piece of cake and a glass of champagne! I love the location being right in the town of Puerto Aventuras. The Dolphin experience was amazing and it was so nice that it was right on property. There were a couple of things that they could do- I think there should be a lobby bar. The lobby was so nice but you have to go into the music lounge to get a drink. The preferred club was kind of small but other than that it was really great!

Our stay at this resort was 5 STARS! The staff are so friendly, energetic, and genuinely want us to have a great time. They care about the safety of their guests. The food is excellent. This resort is extremely clean. Stay here!!
