Not great…
1. Housekeeping did not make our beds. 2. Housekeeping didn’t leave us towels. We had to request towels from the front desk several times in a 4 night stay. 3. The shower faucet was leaking. 4. The carpet on the 7th floor hallway by room 727 was completely soaked for the entire time that we were there. I would be very surprised if there was no mold in the carpet. You advertise giving out 60,000 cookies a day but they were completely out no matter what time of the day they were asked. 5. There is a leak in the foyer by the front desk. 6. The one out of 3 elevators not working. At times there was a super long line to get on an elevator. For a hotel that is connected to a conference center and also has additional conference rooms, you would think that there would be more accessibility to elevators… 7. service not great, amenities mediocre at best. This is the reason for the rating I gave.

Worst Hilton experience ever
Please avoid this hotel till Hilton does a full staff hiring and live up to do it right. This is my first time giving a 0 star of possible to a property. Mind that not even as a Fiamond member we were taking in consideration.

1 night stay prior to cruise
Decided on this hotel due to price and availability for a reward night. Fantastic welcome at reception and check in was completed efficiently. Room was clean and spacious, perfect for what was needed. As we arrived late after a long flight we ate from the Starbucks cafe and service was great. We used the restaurant for breakfast, very good service and a wide range of hot and cold breakfast options. Price was €18 per adult and kids ate free. Gardens and grounds very well maintained and presented. Uber was around €27 to port of Miami. Would stay again at this hotel when back in Miami.

Superb customer service from front desk Bradey and Mike. Quiet comfortable stay made extra special by the attention to detail by housekeeping, Ana and Unitis. Super clean!! We willbe coming back soon. They made us feel like family

Better places to stay.
This is a hotel who’s glory days are long behind in the rear view mirror. The smell of mold and the coverup eco lab products to cover the scent up proliferates the air. The amount of product sprayed on the carpet gets tracked into the elevator and you slide. The brass hasn’t been polished in years. The rooms are spacious, however they’re in large part state of disrepair. My first room was rejected because the smell of smoke and mold was so bad. Because this is merely an overnight to the airport in the morning there’s no reason to move. Staying here for any length of time would be detrimental to one’s respiratory health. The pool is a lovely shade of blue however the hot tub is full of debris and a shade of emerald. The shops in the lower Miami Mall are quite frightening and depressed. I don’t know whom nor what shops down there but my guess is no one from the look of the shuttered stores. The Miami Grill is even depressed so much so you can’t tell when it is even opened. This is just a sad sad hotel. This is a hotel that should not have a Hilton Marquis at all.
