Jon is awesome!
Due to a delay on June 1, 2023 my friend and I missed our connecting flight, and needed a place to stay until our flight the next day. Jon checked us in, and was exceptional. He was kind, patient, and funny while entering our hotel voucher, which meant a lot of work on his end, but not once did he lose his friendliness. Towards the end of our check in process, more people arrived, Jon was efficient but never made us feel rushed. He told us about the hotel food options, either grab and go, or the sit down restaurant, and how the food voucher would work at the both. At the end of it, he gave us a warm chocolate chip cookie. Thank you, Jon for helping to make our stay a pure joy.

Easy, comfortable last minute stay
We had a long day of travel filled with delays, cancellations and frustration. We landed at the Double Tree late night, and was greeted by Jon in customer service. Jon was super friendly, welcoming, and efficient checking us in. We especially loved the warmed cookies. We appreciate your kindness, Jon!

Flight cancellation …
After having my flight cancelled I came to your hotel. As I got to the counter I noticed a long line of people and watched as your employees trying to accommodate all different request. When I finally got to the counter I was received and welcomed by Jon. He was very kind and calm. He quickly gave me my keys. I asked if I could get some food as it was very late . He asked if I could go and settle in my room then come back. It would give him a chance to help the long line behind me. When I came back down there was a large group consisting of adults and children. I watched your two employees handle this situation so professionally. Jon and Bertha having people requesting rooms on the same floor, king size beds ,… and your employees typing away trying to accommodate some pretty demanding people. They were amazing. When they got down to one customer Bertha took me to the deli area to grab something to eat. And even after all the chaos she was still smiling. They were both profession and kind! Not only was this a smooth check in in the morning I was welcomed into the restaurant for breakfast by Chantelle! Smiling and laughing with me as I was ordering lots of food ! Y’all have some great people working for y’all and doing a great job taking care of us, the customers! With Jon, Bertha and Chantelle representing your company,… y’all got it going on! Got some great rest! Thank you!!!

Superb Customer Service!
Great customer service from all of the staff with Anthony in the coffee shop setting the standard for warm, friendly and professional interactions with every customer that he interacts with! It…..there’s nothing better than being greeted with a sincere smile and the certainty that your patronage is truly valued!

An Easygoing Experience
Great stay! I had to stay at this Hilton for a business trip I had for a few days in Denver, and the staff was very welcoming. A huge thank you to Kevin Vazquez for being so kind and providing a few local recommendations when asked! Overall a relaxing stay, and I have no complaints all around. I would recommend this Hilton to anyone!
