Weekend in Denver
Service was excellent. Lots of activities going on in the Lobby. All the free home made cookies you can eat. Facilities are very well kept. However, please consider re-paving the parking lot in front of the Hotel.

Light Sleepers? Stay Away!
Wrote management already -- no response! Had a balcony room facing Quebec Ave. Room is large and roomy. Great beds. Wonderful pillows. Room is worn, but not a big deal. But....the balcony sliding doors are single pane. You will hear every car going down the street (not to mention the many firetrucks -- there must be a station nearby) all night long. Even a white noise machine could not drown out the loud noise. It is easily remedied with triple pane sliding doors. My bad--I should have asked for a room in the back once I realized the problem.

HORRIBLE
I cannot remember the last time my husband and I have had a horrible hotel experience. We have stayed in all types of hotels and been satisfied...Motel 6 to high end hotels like the Broadmoor. My husband and I have always loved staying in Hilton hotels. But, this hotel experience was AWFUL. The room had the strongest stench of mildew/sewage, so much so that the stench woke us up out of a dead sleep. So, after the first night, we bought candles at the nearby Target and burned them around the clock. The toilet was broken from the bottom seal. Someone tried to caulk the toilet to no avail. So, we had to gingerly sit on it for fear it would leak. The refrigerator did not cool contents. The sink wouldn't drain. It took me 10 minutes to convince the bar employee to let me have silverware for my 83-year old mother to eat the ice cream I bought her. She kept looking for plasticware while I stood there waiting, but she couldn't find any. I finally went to an empty table to retrieve the silverware wrapped in a cloth napkin and asked her if I could please take it up to my mother's room. She said she didn't want me to because "we don't get our silverware back from housekeeping." The only breakfast option was to purchase a $25 buffet. Completely overpriced for people like us who don't eat that much. The mandatory $50 per day for incidentals is completely uncalled for. We have never had to incur that at any Hilton hotel we have stayed at, ever. Unfortunately, my husband and I will never recommend this hotel to others.

Hidden treasure💚
I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️

Great Service Entire Time
From the moment I arrived until I left, customer service was stellar. Upon check-in I was greeted warmly and quickly. I was early, so my assigned room was not ready. I was immediately placed into a comparable room. As a Diamond member I was given bottles of water, a warm cookie and some other snacks. It felt like I had been to the grocery store. Location is very convenient to downtown and public transportation. The few dollars it costs for a premium room is definitely worth it. A friend stayed here at the same time and didn't upgrade. Their room was clean but a lot more dated.
