Pretty good, with a few minor imperfections
First impression: there is no safe pedestrian access to this hotel. There is a sidewalk that goes almost all the way there, but then unaccountably stops a couple of hundred yards short so that you have to walk either on the road or through a muddy quagmire. Once there, I was checked in promptly and efficiently by the friendly clerk. My room was clean and comfortable, though it suffered from Darth Vader syndrome: it was a little on the dark side. Specifically, the light at the entrance was so ineffective that I didn't even have enough light to see the light switches to turn on the other lights. The 'upgrade' to a room with courtyard view meant that I was looking out on to... another muddy quagmire and a disused swimming pool. There was a coffee maker in the room with disposable cups. It took several attempts to connect to the wifi, but once connected it worked well. Breakfast was nice, with a decent selection of hot and cold items and eggs available to order. I had dinner in the restaurant, which wasn't great, but I have written a separate review about that. Checkout was again friendly and efficient, and my bill was correct.

Excellent Stay, Very Reasonable Hotel Room Price
The professionalism, friendliness, and flexibility of the front desk was absolutely EXEMPLARY and honestly deserves 8 out of 5 stars. Tim and another gentleman at the front desk = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They were very accommodating and as someone who works in the service industry, they made my experience unforgettable. They deserve the highest of accolades

Inconvenienced vacation stay!
By far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced! Where do I begin… *1st night- toilet ran constantly, staff moved us to another room; *2nd night - college students in adjoining room talked loud up til ~ 1:15am (Sunday morning) - front desk had to be notified twice; 3rd night - large dog barking from a room nearby, around midnight. Later advised that the customer didn’t check the dog in during initial check-in process.

Nice hotel and excellent employee customer service
The room was nice, and the hospitality by staff was exemplary. Special shout out to the front desk staff and kitchen/lounge staff as well for going out of their way to make the hotel stay comfortable. In particular Carolyn and I want to thank Sidney, Jess and A.J. - front desk staff. And the kitchen staff was willing to fix a meal for us after our flight arrived after regular closing time - unbelievable! Grateful.

Amazing hospitality!
Shout to all the staff at this location. My mom has dementia and diabetes, I was in town taking her to some doctors appointments but I was solo as my husband and family were all working. They were so kind to her and were an extra set of eyes for me! The GM Cheryl Biggens made sure the staff was aware and was always a welcoming smile and voice of reason. Also special shout out to Sydney who called me right away when she took a field trip while I was picking up her meds! Cheryl you have a great team and you are an amazing leader!
