May 28, 2023Another Great Stay At Divi Aruba Phoenix
Just got back from a wonderful and relaxing time at Divi Phoenix. I stood in a comfortable 1 bedroom suite with 2 bath rooms one included a jacuzzi, full kitchen, living room and balcony. The staff are very pleasant from Front Desk Check in to waitress at the bar/grill Pure Beach which has nice views of the beach and happy hour every day from 5-6. Check out the band Joy Ride on Sundays from 4-6 which does sets of 80s, 90s music from Prince, Tears for Fears, The Police etc. Special mentioned to towel Attendant Sandra Mora who always looks out for everyone and will greet you with her pleasant smile. The pool attendant Julio always looks out for guests as well.

Owners Review Meeting with Vacation Sales Team
We recently visited the Divi Phoenix Resort in Aruba ... a 2 week stay which was Fabulous ... The entire Divi Phoenix team was welcoming, friendly, and so much fun ! Since we hadn't been there in a while, we did the owners walk-through meeting with the vacation Sales Team to get an update on recent happenings at the Divi Resort ... Amazing !! We met Michelenne Obispa and Hubert Cunha who were both informative, personable, professional, and expressed a thorough review of the recent changes, improvements, and future plans for the premier Divi Phoenis Resort !!! We really believe it was time well spent. We're excited !!!!

Genisis the server/waitress at Pure beach is excellent! She takes the initiative and serves drinks on the beach when the restaurant is slow! Meets great need on the beach! Love it! 🍸🎶🍸🎶 #beachlife

Another awesome time in Aruba
We have been coming for almost 25 years…. And are as excited about it every time as the first time!! The resort has always focused on keeping things clean and updated (although the bathrooms in the villas need some love!!) and the staff go above and beyond to make your time there pleasant and enjoyable. Julio and Darvin are the very best!!! Cannot say enough about their service to the guest…and the time they have worked there says a lot about Divi as well. Counting down the days to the next visit!!!

The Best Resort in Aruba
He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul.” Psalm 23:2. This is my story from this past week at the resort. They gave us a beautiful ocean view room that was immaculately kept through the week by Soohie and her supervisor Pansie. We hadn’t seen Pansie for about 10 years. She was our cleaner the first year that we came and we had missed her ever since. We were happy to see her on the first day and happier still to learn that our room was part of her area of responsibility. This timeshare resort is rather unique in the sense that housekeeping comes by every day to empty trash and provide linen service. Im addition, the do a complete cleaning half way through the week. That is am exceptional service for a timeshare. We were happy to see Luigi again after many years (the booth outside on the beach.) He is a wealth of information about the island. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The way is is laid out architechurally with a harmony with nature has caused us to enjoy returning many times. Our unit is in the newer towers, which feature dishwashers and washer/dryer combo. The pools used to have lights that changed colors in perfect synchronization. Over the years they have let that go and I wish that they would fix it. On the other hand, my maintenance fees rarely ever go up so I don’t mind. The internet service was MUCH improved this year. Our unit was furthest from the router in the lobby and we had no isses whatsoever. I recommend that you stay here and get a timeshare here if you intend to return to Aruba repeatedly. Divi also has timeshares in St. Maarten and Bonaire, among other places. I have come to trust their brand for friendliness and quality.
