    Sandra & Michelle are the best!

    Sandra Mora at the pool/towel hut is the absolute best! She always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help anyone. :) I look forward to seeing her every single year! Michelle at the concierge is the sweetest as well and can make all your reservations for you.

    THANKSGIVING IN ARUBA

    MY FAMILY AND I JUST RETURNED FROM ANOTHER WONDERFUL WEEK AT THE DIVI ARUBA PHOENIX BEACH RESORT. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE SPENDING THANKSGIVING IN PARADISE. THE STAFF AT THE DIVI PHOENIX ARE ESPECIALLY FRIENDLY AND SO HELPFUL. JULIO AT #1 POOL VILLA IS GREAT! HE MADE SURE ALL OUR LOUNGE CHAIRS WERE READY AT OUR PALAPA EVERY MORNING AT 7AM! THE SECURITY GUARD O'NEIL GREETED US EVERY MORNING ON THE BEACH WITH A BIG HELLO AND SMILE AS WELL AS SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE DAY. THE LADIES AT PURE DELI WERE LOVELY AND MADE THE BEST COFFEE EVERY MORNING. WE TRAVELED WITH MY 16 MONTH OLD GRANDSON AND THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE HIM SMILE AND LAUGH. THE FOOD, SERVICE, POOLS, BEACH AND ACCOMMODATIONS WERE ALL PERFECT. WE CAN'T WAIT FOR TO RETURN NEXT NOVEMBER.

    Great stay

    Great week. JULIO pool man is so accommodating. Staff great. Facility does need to rid the villas of mold. Musty smell due to humidity. I have owned for 25 years needs updating. Al in all great week.

    Towel hut

    We love the Divi Phoenix!! The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming!! Sandra Mora at the towel hut is one of our favorite people to see when we come!! She always has a smile and we love chatting with her💜💜!!
