Aug 29, 2023Refused to modify my reservation by 1 day.
I contacted the resort 2-weeks prior to my arrival requesting to modify my reservation to arrive, one-day late due to unplanned business travel. The hotel denied my request although they have availability. I would never stay at this property again. What a rip off to charge someone for an additional day that I will not occupy. Greed.

I rarely give feedback, and although some things did not go smoothly this past visit to Divi Phoenix one place that never fails us in the towel Station with Sandra. We travel to Aruba very often, and we always have the pleasure of working with Sandra by the towel station. She is very lovely. She is helpful, kind, loving, and she omits a lot of positive energy. We look forward to seeing her every visit. She is so sweet with my children. She gives them hugs, calls them sweet names, and treats them like they are her family. I likewise have observed her with all guests at the resort, and she is equally as kind to everyone. She makes this resort feel like a place of home. Despite all the rules and regulations regarding the towel system, she makes sure that all customers are treated with kindness, consideration, and are always pleased. She will go that extra mile to help the people at the resort. She talks to everyone with a smile on her face, and always with a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing her every trip. Great Staff
Have been going to the Phoenix for years. The staff is exceptional. A special shoutout to Julio Rodríguez who is the beach and pool attendant at the Villas. He could be nicer or more attentive if he tried. He made our vacation extremely pleasant. Also want to mention Sandra Mora at the towel hut. She is always smiling and kind. Keep us in clean dry towels for the week. Cant wait to return. Love the Divi and Aruba!

Aruba Vacation
Divi Phoenix Beach was amazing! The property didn’t disappoint. Our room at this location had a view of the beach/pool. This property had so much to offer from daily activities, fresh towels for the pool/beach, snack bar and two restaurants. We didn’t leave the Divi for days. We will definitely be back to visit this amazing property.

Aug 24, 2023Divi Phoenix remains a solid choice
We stayed at Divi Phoenix because of the midrange price point. Our trip was scheduled at last minute to get some relaxation before the end of summer. Divi Phoenix is still a solid choice as an Aruba destination resort. It isn’t brand new and can use a few updates. Our room was huge and had two balconies; One on each side of the suite. We were able to observe wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The A/C works very well and the room was nice and chilled after a warm day on the beach. Accommodations and amenities are solid with a pool bar and restaurant as well as an additional restaurant on property. Beach lounge chairs could be replaced but there was no shortage and the attendants were more than helpful to assist. The staff is very helpful and no questions were unanswered. There is also a decent gym on site to get a few sets in. Please be aware that checkout time is 10am. This property is also a timeshare and you will be mixed with “owners” and potential buyers. We like our stay and realize it’s a good property for the cost.
