Property beat up. Awful services. Don't waste your money. Go to Negril instead. Bar opens at 11 am. Food was decent. Entertainment was ok. A lot of local music.. No beaches to walk. 3 small circle beaches were not sufficient for the crowd.. Don go to Sharky restaurant near the hotel.. bad food if you want explore loca food

Good points staff very friendly check in and out very quick and friendly, restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Over all food is nice . If sometimes unorganised. And not ready for service and have to ask for things to be refilled. Bar staff very friendly . The layout of the resort is nice . Pools clean grounds well maintained. We had a room yes it was clean but very old and in need of a good makeover and update. The bed however was very big and comfortable. My big disappointment was the beach . To me it didn’t look like a white sand beach I expected from Jamaica. It is only a 3 ⭐️. Yes worth that rate . Would not go back to this resort. Definitely go back to Jamaica but to a 5 star hotel!

Budget property that is scceptable
Very basic low budget hotel. Property is spacious and compfortable. Plenty of beach & pool chairs. Food is decent. I travel to Jamaica several times yearly, and stayed here as it was across the road from a freinds house. Staff is not very engaging.

Over all a very friendly relaxed stay. Staff are 1st class. Food ok vibe great. Could do with working on the wifi as only really worked around central core area. Bar staff go above and beyond and the restaurant staff are great. Would definitely go back someday.

3 star on a good day
We booked this place after reading lots of reviews and watching videos, so we knew what to expect roughly. It's a cute little resort with charming little cottages along the beach. The cottages are basic but kept clean and restocked with water and fresh towels every day. The beach itself is broken into little coves with some easier to get into than others, rocks and seagrass, waves, etc. The beach is cleaned every day and kept free of debris. They only have 2 rotating a la carts, which are in the same upstairs restaurant, Oriental and Mediterranean. Neither stood out as fantastic, and most of the food is heavily salted. Kettles with coffee and tea would be a nice little bonus in the rooms. I know they offer all night coffee at the buffet, but i don't want to get dressed at 5 am for a walk-up. The only complaints I had about this resort was the lack of wifi.. in this day and age, spend the money for wifi for the whole resort! It was spotty, and lots of times, you couldn't connect at all. Also, the buffet, especially on the weekends. With the influx of people from the area coming in, it's like a free for all. The staff are overwhelmed, they can't keep up with the food stations, and the wait staff tend to focus on people who are from the area vs. people who are not. We've watched pushing and shoving happen in the dining room due to the amount of food people are putting on their plates and leaving it empty for others. Would it help to have another smaller buffet set up somewhere to help with the number of people coming in? All in all, it's a cute little resort with lots of charm, just has some downfalls they could work on.
