    We always love our stay at the Crown Paradise Golden PV. My wife and I have stayed here at least one a year for the last 15 years and always look forward to the next trip.

    For an older resort, it's decent.

    Hotel staff is very kind and friendly. They were always willing to assist of I needed anything! Beautiful views from my balcony and they take good care of the property outside! But, the resort (hotel) really needs to be remodeled and upgraded.....the rooms are in disrepair and smell bad. Overall, I had a great stay, because of the hotel staff. If they remodel, I would definitely return!

    Excelent, friendly service

    This is the third year that we have chosen Crown Paradise Golden Puerto Vallarta & plan on returning next year. The rooms are clean, service is great & the staff are friendly & go out of their way to please. Most of the staff remember us from last year. The fine dining was an awesome exterience with both excellent service, food & drink

    Not for me!!

    This hotel is dirty and dated! Most, not all of the hotel staff were uninterested in “customer service”. The food at the buffet was terrible, and for an all inclusive … not much included!!! Rooms are old, a/c doesn’t get cooler than 25….if it in fact works. Fridges aren’t cold and if you need water in your room (because the housekeeper didn’t restock even though you left a note and a tip daily), you will be charged at check out. This is at best a 2.5 to 3 star hotel. The only good thing was the rooftop pool… and swim up bar. The views were great. PV has some beautiful resorts and beaches…. This was not one of them.

    Don’t Stay Here

    What a horrible resort. Food was cold, serious cross contamination between meat and vegetarian dishes at the buffet. The security was awful, I asked to have my key reset and they didn’t ask my name, maid was willing to let me in another time without any confirmation that it was my room. We had to almost beg for bottled water. The food was recycled daily; like a fresh tomato salad was cut into wedges and the next day the same salad was just cut into smaller pieces. We seen a worker set the tables by grabbing the actual tines of the forks…gross. Cleanliness was non-existent. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last resort in all of Mexico.
