May 16, 2025Members Only Crown Club Cool Spot
The Crown Club with Maria Garcia, Jerry and Juan Carlos was excellent. They were all very professional and accommodating. The martinis Juan Carlos made were top shelf! Sadly the overall stay was less than expected. The resort needs updating. The food was never very good.

In the Crown Club was the best part of our experience!!! From Maria and Jerry in the morning to The Evening with Juan Carlos making the best Martinis in Cancun! They were all super accommodating and very friendly and Helpful! Thank You for a wonderful experience!

Fun family resort
Overall a really great experience and resort! It’s a little dated in my opinion but they do their best with maintenance and upkeep Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Especially Jesus the bellboy Food was okay. The selection was sparse and it was a lot of the same stuff over and over I’ve stayed at better all inclusive resorts as far as room quality and food quality But overall the kids had a blast and there was a lot of activities for them

May 13, 2025Crown Paridise Club, was not worth the money facility is in nned of many upgrades
This was our last time to go to Crown Paridise Club, very disappointed with the run down facilities, first we booked through Costco, 1wk, club, 1. room was dated n first 2 night no sleep at all as the patio door was broken n did not have proper seal so the winds coming through the whole on the bottom of door sounds like a howlinh all night, 2. hot tub in room when turned on out came rusty water so never used it, 3.extremly watered down drink , alcohol n reg, juices were watery, 4.Elevators were broken on the building 2 which we were located 7 floor, 5. the 120, US room credit , was kinda hoky , we tried to order 2 lobster upgrade for our dinner but were told only allowed one?? so ok then they charged us 50, off our room credit n another 25, US to the hotel So looking at 75, for a 6" lobster tail, when we rec, it it was dried out no garlic butter , and dry, , This was total scam, 75, US for one 6" lobster tail , WOW!!! never again, 6.Buffet food quality has dropped way, down, Japenes restaurant was closed as well as Sea food restaurant, 7Golf course we tried , greens were missing and and cups sticking up to far for a ball to even go into the whole 8.tried the pool tables, first table was so warped balls rolled to the middle pocket , tried second table shot the ball went into pocket n fell on the floor as there was no net to catch the balls!! 9 I have to say the best thing was the French Restaurant was excellent service 10, would I go back NO1 and we have stayed at this resort at least 5 times in the past,

Service was great food was just ok at the buffet and little better at restaurants very kid friendly adults only pool is great and the club lounge is great too
