    budget hotel that lacks some amenities but you get what you pay for.

    You don't always get the rooms you book. Mattresses are hard and worn. No coffee shop lacks enough chairs at pools and on balconies. Tower two is dated and worn. Tower one is loud at night.

    Alfredo, Christian, Marcelo and Gonzalo were amazing at the zipline and climbing wall!!! They made sure we had a wonderful time! They are the best!!!

    Awesome Vacation

    Awesome Stay and hospitality, food was awesome, entertainment and hospitality was spot on. I eat in Lapalapa restaurant buffet for the majority of the time during breakfast and dinner. Team Geny , Enrique, Lidio, Uziel, Alberto was always smiling and eager to help with any requests. The stay was very comfortable, we had great fun, We will be back! Thank you team !

    Buffet Service

    When you go for supper buffet you want David and Pedro taking care of you. Fantastic service, quick to greet and deliver drinks and dirty dishes never sat at the table for more than a couple mins. Gonna miss the service here
