This hotel was TERRIBLE!!! It needs to be completely remodeled or torn down! We had to have the refrigerator replaced in our room and the microwave replaced in the other room. The bath tub would not drain and had to have that fixed. There was rust on all light fixtures with parts of the ceiling starting to come down. It was very hard to communicate with the staff either due to language barriers or them being constantly rude. The pool was not clean and had broken lights left out as a tripping hazard, the bathrooms were never unlocked, and they didn’t put towels out regularly without being asked. The complimentary breakfast was a joke along with the coffee. The shuttles to get to Disney World left at weird times and it took over an hour to get to the parks. To get back you had to travel to different lands to catch the shuttle. You spent most of your day trying to catch the shuttle rather then be at the parks. Because of this we had to rent a car in order to even get to the parks.

The hotel was ok, need an update, the breakfast was a mess, poor quality. Is not bad if you go only for sleep. It has good location, so you can move somewhere. Is near of some park it has park shuttler butn the time of the shuttler doesnt give you time to breakfast

Never again Comfort Inn Maingate, Kissimmee Florida
This is one of the worst Comfort Inns I have ever stayed in. Started with the desk on check in. We were there from 11 March to 18 March, I had paid for two rooms and We had requested adjoining rooms, the female desk clerk rudely stated that “we don’t guarantee any rooms assignments, we’re busy”, thanks for a great reception attitude. I don’t think the hallway was vacuumed once while we were there, a Saturday to Saturday. Breakfast is another story, take your chances, either a reasonable breakfast or a “Micky Mouse Waffle” and gravy. Depends on the day and the attitude. There is a restaurant attached and it shares a lobby, don’t expect it to be open after 9 PM as advertised, their advertised closing time is 10 PM, they quit taking in new customers before 9 so forget IT. The plus side was the older gentleman working the concierge desk where you obtain your parking pass. He was friendly, helpful and polite. He’s an example of how the rest of the employees should be. They bank on you only being there for Disney or Universal Studios and you won’t be back anyway, don’t do it.

Worst hotel in Kissimmee! Do NOT STAY HERE!
Do your self a favor and don’t come here! I’ve been staying here for years but not anymore. For starters, the hotel stinks. The rooms are dirty, the sheets are dirty, they don’t wash the blankets between clients. The carpet stinks and is gross. The beds will give you the worst back pain you could ever imagine. The breakfast that they have used to serve no longer exists. Only waffles! No eggs, no bagels, no fruit, old bread and if I keep writing I won’t find an end. No staff. There’s nothing good to mention about this hotel! This hotel is ready to close business. Do NOT STAY here!

I like that it wasn't too expensive, the room was nice and clean with a microwave and refrigerator, there was a nice free breakest and free shuttle to the parks but the shuttle to Disney could be a lot better and I wish it was. It needs to get there sooner.
