It was a first time we stayed at CRT. We spent 5 incredible days at the resort. Living in a Jungle makes this place super special and unique. Big Thank you to eveyone from the staff Team for making our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We realized we really like Mexican food) and also Mexican Night Show was just stunning. Thank you to Georgina, Regina, Paulina, Carlos, Johnny and Diego from entertainment team. These guys are just incredible. Participating in Olympic Games and playing Volleyball was such a great time. Special Thank you to Quitzabel for everyday warm welcoming at La Palapa.

Great place everything was perfect
Paulina she’s lovely and friendly actually the she’s the best. Everyone works at the resort very helpful and friendly,always smiling. The food great drinks also great . Rooms very clean and swimming pool awesome the gym, couple great restaurants, my favourite food Mexican. Lovely place I recommend 0

Very Nice Trip
The resort is beautiful! Full of plants and wildlife. The food was amazing, drinks-not so much. Very weak when it came to the alcohol content. The staff were the best I have ever had at any resort. Beach had a lot of seaweed, but I think it was maybe just the time of the year. There are plenty of hammocks and beach chairs to satisfy your choice of sun, shade, or a mix.

Great experience.
My fiancé and I stayed at the Catalonia Royal Tulum for 5 days and 4 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel was so clean, buffet was 5 stars, all the staff was so friendly and happy to help. The entertainment group, Georgina, Paulina, Regina, Johnny, Carlos & Diego was so much fun! The front desk was to quick to help and answer any of our questions. We had so much fun and will definitely be coming back.

Great vacation
The resort is good, nice for couples to relax during day time with a wonderful animation team (Regina, Diego, Georgina, Paulina, Carlos and Jonny) who made us feel like home. Las chicas that helping us at the pool like Merli always talking and being kind to us. Anyone here is awesome. Definitely will come back again.
