Ximana, Fernanda, y marycruz were amazing!!! They made us feel safe and our kids loved them!!!! Would definitely do it again with them!!!!! Each day they did crafts and activities and pool time, baking and fun games as well!!

Brenda and Lizbeth at Adelitas are the best!
The hotel 🏨 s amazing and all the reastaurants as well, but Taqueria Adelita is AMAZING the service of Brenda and Lizbeth at Adelita is OUT OF THIS WORLD! The put a lot of love in the service and food. Is an amazing experience being serve by such beautiful souls. Definitely we are coming back.

Amazing staff
Lizbeth and Brenda are amazing and so sweet. They have a lot of patience. Their energy is always amazing. I have been here 7 days and they are always smiling. The buffet staff is always cordial as well.

Mar 29, 2023Nice, however more of a 3 or maybe 4* hotel
This is a very large all inclusive resort and misses on the more luxury elements you would get at a resort like Excellence or The Finest. In truth our family enjoys more of a smaller, boutique style hotel. This was a last minute trip, so very good value and they had availability. Only had one choice of room due to availability, so I believe there are better options for more money. We were 4 people and the 2 beds were essentially pushed together, so it was tight. There is a separate small living area with sofa, however no divides between that and no doors to the washroom so no privacy. We were travelling with our daughter and her friend so this was not ideal. It seems there are just too many people for the available facilities i.e. getting a reservation at the restaurants is hit or miss. You are given an app on arrival and can book one day in advance starting at 9:20am. If you miss this time, you are out of luck and the app can be cumbersome. Good things: Amaya restaurant is fun and good service, vegetarian restaurant and taco bar have great food, buffet had some cool stations (avocado toast bar, fruit bar...)

Nice hotel, but could improve a lot, cos details: "infinite" towels allows guests to book all the sunbeds very early, making impossible to other guests to find available sunbeds, at pools or decent ones at beach. this is a deal breaker. Food service is just regular, way below we would expect at an hotel of this kind/rate, and way bellow our past experiences at other catalonia resortes.
