Great experience from walking with Almir at the front desk to the massage therapist Maricela! This is my second time and I did the 360 massage and it was wonderful! Thank you guys for the experience. Next time I come back I will trying a different massage as they all were great to choose from!

Worst place ever with super rude staff. Not welcoming at all. Cant speak English. Had a reservation with a receipt that they did not honor and they tried to rip us off. We were paid in full and had to switch hotels. DO NOT STAY HERE. We switched to the Hilton and are soooo sooo happy we left because they are All nasty at Catalonia.

Ayami Experience
Chef Lorenzo at Ayami was so amazing. He was so professional and entertaining at the tepanyaki bar. Food was great and flavourful. Lovely experience and ambiance of the restaurant. Recommend you check this out for a unique experience at Catalonia.

Excellent food/prep/staff!!!
Chef Clarita makes absolutely amazing dishes! We thoroughly enjoy food created by her. We have honestly followed her from resort to resort! In addition, we have followed Deyvi as the best restaurant manager I have ever had the pleasure to meet! He is an amazing person and always ensures everything is perfect. Luis in the buffet is also one of the best ever! He is always on top of things!

Dining Experience
Clarita is an amazing chef!! Her food is very flavorful and presentation is fantastic! There is great pride put into her craft and her recipes liven your mind, body, and soul. This meal was a religious experience and I would recommend her style, creativity, presentation, and savory menu items to anyone!! Rico!
