We are just finishing two weeks holiday here. Would just like to say what an amazing hotel. The staff have been awesome a big thank you to Miguel the head waiter he has looked after us every time he has seen my wife and myself thank you to Hector, and Leonardo, in the restaurant. Jose and Francesco at the bar, and isobela for cleaning the room. The food in all restaurant's had been excellent the choice of what you can have is second to none. Drinks have been awesome. The staff really look after you. But you are a long way from anywhere here so you will have to do excursions. We recommend you go to xcaret park this place is unbelievable we went swimming with sharks and the food and night show on the mexican history is out of this worlds. We are sad to be leaving.

Food is pretty good for an all-inclusive. Most staff is great. Management stinks. Can’t make this sh*t up: 3 days in a row they woke up our sleeping children: Day 1 power went out and water leaked through the ceiling onto the crib. 6 phone calls and a trip to the front desk resulted in them moving us to a new room, but that process took literally 4 hours. Less than an hour after moving rooms we finally got kids down to nap, when housekeeping barged in despite our do not disturb light being on and woke them up. Next day in the new room they started some construction in our wall - drilling and hammering. Also, the kids club and playground were closed all week for renovation. This was not advertised and was a big reason we had decided on this place to begin with. Would be an ok place for a couples trip. Definitely would not recommend for families / kids.

Absolutely Wonderful
The title says it all . A great hotel, with fantastic food -yes for Veggies too, great staff and stylish rooms. Need I say more ? The only issue we had was its location-quite a distance from the City . Use Uber for cheaper fares as the standard taxis change a fair bit Great support from the catering team -Miguel and Manuel who helped us with our packed lunches for our excursion - they went beyond the call of duty I have never had such wonderful choice of veggie foods at all meal times Would strongly recommend a visits to this hotel it the chain

Wedding Time!!
This is a late review, but I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the amazing time we had during our wedding in July 2023. I truly had the best time of my life! A special thank you to the wedding planner—she was absolutely amazing, and we had so much fun! The food was really good overall, though we did find the steakhouse a bit lacking. I also want to extend my gratitude to the ladies at the salon who did our hair and makeup. They made our time there incredibly special! Thank you for creating unforgettable memories for us! We can't wait to come back

Brilliant holiday. Highly recommend.
This was our first time in Mexico and were a bit apprehensive as to what to expect. Neither my partner nor I speak any Spanish so we thought we may struggle. We need not have worried. We had a transfer from the airport to the hotel with Tui which made it much easier as it is quite far out. The hotel is lovely. On the smaller side than the other surrounding hotel so it didn't feel opposing or daunting. The staff at this hotel are amazing. I could not have asked for better. All staff are a credit to the hotel. Polite, friendly, attentive and all front of house staff spoke English well. The hotel is clean and well cared for. Always someone fixing something or cleaning. 2 large pools with plenty of seating areas and wonderful ladies going around the pool for drinks. Lots of activities at one of the pools and the other is a little quieter. We didnt get the privileged package but we didnt feel like we missed out on anything. I dont think this package is essential for an amazing holiday. Food was great with good options at the buffet. Slightly repetitive and I would have liked some more Mexican food at the buffet as I would have liked to try more of their food. I am vegan so usually find it harder to find food to suit me. There is a vegetarian section in the evenings only so as a vegan you do kind of have to decide if you will eat what's on offer not knowing the ingredients but there is always a nice section of salad and fruit. There is a vegan restaurant though so this is nice. There are vegan options on a lot of the restaurant menus so it would have been nice if these could be available in all places. There was a lovely vegan pizza in the afternoon Italian but this wasn't available at the Italian restaurant in the evening. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and I would not only love to return to Mexico but also love to return to the hotel.
