General Policies & Fine Print
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

*Important Information for our guests*
The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. The restrictions usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday, and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced:
*Motorized and non-motorized watersports may be banned
*Alcohol consumption may be restricted (most resorts obtain a special permit which enables them to serve alcohol to non-native persons during the ban)
*Music may be limited or silenced
These rules are designed for the safety of everyone, as beaches get extremely busy during this period.

We have enjoyed our 14 night stay, the staff are so very helpful, polite and friendly. Josè is a credit to the hotel he was so attentive, friendly and went out of his way to ensure we were ok both on a morning for breakfast and while dining in the italian. Edward and Ronny who served us in the steakhouse were lovely, helpful and friendly.

Our favourite a la carte restaurant is the Steak house! Fiordaliza is the lady who checks the reservation and she is so nice. Always greets you with a smile on her face! Ronny, our waiter offers the best service for us! All the people here will give you their best! Like Jessica and Carlos in the beach bar or Reinaldo in the privilege beach bar. Yordanis and Miguel in the main reception bar! What a lovely people! They are making our holidays excepcional!

Lots of fun and stress free short vacation. Excellent lunch and dinning options. Excellent personnel.
The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. The facilities and landscape are very well kept. The friendliness and attentive service of the personnel is amazing. Made me feel very welcomed..There is very good variety of activities and entertaining options.

All Inclusive resort divided in adults and for families. Plus points; For extra 250 dollars you get a room that is a modern, tidy, comfortable and luxurious. As preferred member ( extra 250 dollar) you can order food (not drinks) to your room. The bathroom has two showers and 2x sinks, a bidet and toilet. BUFFET Breakfast , lunch and dinner are for big eaters. Rate for choices: 9 Rate for quality of the food; 5. The service buffet restaurant rated :8 Check in. Service and Information; 9 Lounging: 9 Ambience resort: 9 Minus: - no organised transport from airport to resort. - not enough parking place - not enough ventilators in the pu lic places. -250 dollars for preferred member is isn't worth it. - renting a car by a private person is 50% cheaper than the well-known like Hertz, Alami etc. - diary products and ice cream isn't kept cold sufficient. - Don't book a preferred membership for 250 dollars. Is doesn't pay off itself. - The only way to snorkel is to rent a boot. The boots are party boots. The 3 hours tour cost abortus 50 dollars It is not really a tour. The travel abortus 1 mile and the visite a small bassin captivated dolfins they created for commercial goals. Dringend these 3 hours the music is at a maximum. The crew are very nice and you can drink as much as you can and party in or out of the water. A tip is normal. They have on board snorkeling gear. Ordening food can take an hour or more! General view: th The Dominicans are nice and gentle and good working people. The island is not suitable for kids and disabled people.

Great relaxing break
Well organised hotel. Very clean. Special mention for Juliana who cleaned and looked after us in room 715. An army of staff - all very friendly and helpful. Food good with a big variety Always something going on around the pool and beach for all ages.
