    Fantastic!!

    I came for a conference then stayed 4 additional days to enjoy the resort. Overall, really a great place. Rooms very nice and clean and quiet! Food and service have been good. Conference food was OUTSTANDING! Best part of this resort is Steven Brown. He walked around servicing people at the pool. He has the biggest smile and clearly LOVES what he does. (Can’t say the same for all of the other pool staff). Steven stands out as someone who is excited to see you, wants you to have what you need to have your best experience. He offers the best service and you just feel good around him. He needs a raise!!!! If you are a guest…tip him. He earns it all day long.

    Caribe Royale is a whole experience. Steve Brown truly makes you feel like VIP at the pool. He truly enhanced our experience. Go Steve Brown. We will be back especially for you !! He definitely is a class act

    Top Notch Service with a SMILE!

    This is our second time here in the past two months. The first was for our anniversary. My husband and I were so pleased with our stay and blown away by our service we knew we had to bring our daughters back. Especially after seeing the pool. However the reason for this review is to give Juan the attention he deserves. He is one of the most respectful hardest working men I have seen in a very long time. He can tell he enjoys his job. If he doesn’t he sure does know how to make you feel like he does. I truly do feel people like Juan are under appreciated. I watched him all week long literally run from one guest to the next making sure their chairs were set up and they had ice cold water. He always made sure to make small talk with everyone he was helping. He is definitely an asset to Caribe Royale. My family will be looking forward to our next stay.

    Steven was awesome

    Out of all my visits to this resort, Royal Caribe never disappoints in their food, service, and hospitality. Furthermore, this time around I had the pleasure of meeting Steven from Brooklyn, NY. He was the most respectful, helpful and genuine being that my significant other and I have encountered for quite sometime. Steven made sure my s/o, or as he would say my “queen” was happy at all times. He made sure to provide us with towels as soon as he seen us going to the chairs. Steven was a pleasure and really can’t wait to see him again when we come back to Royal Caribe !

    Caribe Royal- Steve brown - Brooklyn

    We had the most wonder time at caribe. The most memorable experience was Steve brown ( Brooklyn) - I’ve been all over the world and by far the best person I’ve came across is him. He was the most helpful, funniest and gracious man I have ever met. Very personable and made our experience 1000 times better. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us.
