Overpriced and exploit you at every opportunity

We got married in Vegas and stayed at Caesers Palace, the location is central so is great. The pools are awesome but all they want to do is empty your wallet at every opportunity, still not sure what i received for my $50 dollars a night resort fee,. No free tea or coffee in your room and they want around $30 for 4 pods of coffee. Every eatery is overpriced and the Buffet is definately not worth the cost as far as we were concerned, it was nothing special. Not only is everything expensive but everyone wants tipping and i mean everyone, like 20%, so you overpay for your meal and then they want extra from you. We went to the local CVS store and it asks for a tip 🤦🏻‍♂️. You can not do Las Vegas on a small budget and certainly not Caesers Palace. I enjoyed our stay but i dont like being exploited which is what it felt like. I think this is a Vegas issue and not just limited to Caesers. Wont be in a rush to return.

    Better places to stay

Room was not ready at check in and front desk failed to call us when it was ready. Front desk staff are rude and obviously burned out. They tried to stick us into a downgraded room even though the conference we attended specifically blocked rooms in a specific tower. Air conditioning system was awful and the room stayed uncomfortably warm the entire time. All of the elevators and hallways had a strange sewer like smell. This was definitely not my favorite place to stay. For the cost, I would have rather booked somewhere else. The only thing Caesar’s palace has going for them is location.

    Just awful

I made a reservation in December for a room with a king bed. We arrived on June 7 to a room with two queen beds and they DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix this. They said, "you reserve a room, not a room type." Which I asked, "why do you ask us what we want at different prices, then?" Then, only one chair to have a meal; broken light in the bathroom (the glass shade was broken with exposed edges; we had to run the hot water for 10+ minutes to get it warm enough to have a proper shower; and the room had a Keurig...but NO PODS or anything else. We called and they said the pods are extra and they could send two up for an additional $29. They also said, "you can take them from the mini bar," to which I explained that fridge was completely empty. We went to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday (to see Adele--that show was incredible!) but the hotel was so disappointing. We'll NEVER return.

Katherine from Ceasars palace. Its rare that you run into someone so genuine and sincere. Thank You for making my time there even better. I was running late, not in the best of moods when I saw how long the line was at 4 o'clock ish to check in. I was complaining about how long it would take. She calmed me down and made my CRAZY DAY significantly better. From Adam, the guy who was surprised the line went by that fast. Thank You again.

    A wonderful experience

We stayed at Caesars for just one night to celebrate our 10th anniversary and had such a wonderful stay. The check in line at 10:45 PM took 30 minutes to get through, which we weren’t expecting, and kind of a bummer. When we finally got to the front desk, Christine was the one who helped us. After dealing with a long line of tired guests, she still was so friendly, and had such a nice smile to greet us to the hotel. It was just a really pleasant way to start our stay. We stayed in a suite in the Julius tower. We weren’t in the room for very long, but it was the perfect getaway for the few hours we were in there. I had to take a work call in the morning and the WiFi had zero issues. Great experience at Caesar’s.
