Bring your own Kuerig cups if you want to use their coffee machine. Or pay for some at the mini bar. They charge for everything and have marginal customer service. Not staying there ever again. The pool was fun but drinks were crazy expensive.

THE LOBBY BAR = Terrible customer service
Stopped at "The Lobby" Bar at Caesar's Palace and asked permission to smoke a cigar (I've smoked there many times). We were not only given permission, but encouraged. So, I picked a spot in the back away from folks. We sat for over an hour and our server closed our tab because she was leaving. Her replacement came in and stared me down, waited about 10 minutes, then asked us to move because "no one could breathe." I told her we had asked permission well over an hour ago. Her response, "you didn't ask me." So, we left... I tapped off the ash from my Plasencia Alma Fuerte, and walked away. I've made my last trip to Caesar's. I smoke at the Aria all the time, without issue. Hopefully your next trip will bring better luck. Happy smoking.

Late experience
• My flight was delayed and I arrived at Caesars palace after 3am. When I reached the front desk I overheard another staff saying to a customer that after 3am their reservation was canceled. This infuriated me, because I paid for the first night 2 months ago. My representative Tangela greeted me with a smile and offered me something to drink. She then made a phone call, and was doing a lot of typing. I then asked her was everything ok. She nodded her head and said she was upgrading me to a suite. That was such a nice surprise because I was expecting the worse. She was just what I needed after a long day. Thank you Tangela..

Could do so much better!
3* We arrived after the check-in time but our room was still not available, hard to believe in a hotel with thousands of rooms! But amazingly there were better rooms that were available for $150!!!! We kept with our original room, this suddenly seemed to be available now! The room was a very low level and we looked out onto a large brick wall (it got us ready for the Hoover Dam experience). The fridge was locked so I phoned reception, they say if we wanted to store water in there it would be a $75 charge (just for opening it, we never intended to take anything out of it). Location on the strip was perfect, went on trips to Grand Canyon + Hoover Dam, also staff in the casino area were great. 5* Special thanks to Angel (Cleopatra) on the roulette table who went above and beyond, an amazing lady.

Food poisoning and bath towels that are as thin as paper
Food poisoning at hotel restaurant, two employees I told didn’t even say sorry, and towels that would be more at home in Motel 6. We had a night away from the kids to see Adele in concert at the Colosseum. We booked in at The Gordon Ramsey Pub. I had steak ($54!) and cauliflower. And no alcohol. Just 4-5 hours later I was violently sick with food poisoning. The next morning I was told by hotel staff I needed to file a security report (and she didn’t say “sorry that happened to you.”) In the afternoon we went to the pool. And then showered in our room. There were just two towels. And they were so thin I thought one was a hand towel not for the shower! We phoned immediately to ask for another towel…it never arrived. Then the next morning when showering again, using same towels, I remarked on the quality of the towels. They were more in line with a Motel 6 vs a hotel that charges almost $700 for a standard room.
