As exoected
The hotel is nice it is as expected busy fun, but the suite that I rented was not up to standard rust on the showerheads water damage, and one of the bathrooms on the wall with a bit of old furniture, scratched and beat up. The baseboards were all scratched Livermore care, and the rooms are to be nice.

Terrible customer service, terrible room
The Check-in experience is the absolute worst of any hotel I’ve stayed in. No one greets or try’s to help you. At the check-in desk we could not hear Karen then she upgrade us without explaining extra costs. Karen would not call for bell service for us. Our room style was wrong and the room smelled heavily of smoke. We called an got some one who said we can spray and you asked for the room you got. And we don’t have any more of the rooms you originally asked for. Maybe you can get help tomorrow!

Trying to suck every dollar out of you.
Went to see Garth Brooks at the Colessium. From the minute you get to Caesars you feel like they are just trying to suck every dollar out of your pocket. Ontop of our room charge there is a "resort fee" and you also have to pay for parking. Parking is not included with your room or the resort fee. The room we had was nice and had a nice view of the pool. Beds were comfortable. Thats about it. Inside the room is a refrigerator that is a mini bar that your not allowed to use. You cant put anything in it or they will charge you 75.00. WTF. Go to a cheap motel and they give you a fridge in your room. Surprised we didnt have to pay for ice. Then we go to the pool and for my 55 a day resort fee we get one pool that is so cold you cant get in it, another pool that is so dirty it was gross and not an umbrella to be seen. If you want shade that will cost you 800.00 to rent a covered day bed. So I really want to know what I got for my "resort fee"????? Can you really not put umbrellas out so we can enjoy the pool without getting skin cancer or do you want people to be so miserable they will pay for shade? Can you really not heat the pool or clean it?? We ordered lunch at the pool and for 85.00 got 2 cold sandwiches and 2 virgin slushies. Want water while you bake in the sun you cant bring it with you instead you have to find someone and order water at an exorbitant price. If your in the casino and want to bet at the sportsbook you cant sit in the chairs unless you pay for a chair. Will never stay here again.

Thank you Pablo!
We appreciate Pablo who helped us with settling an issue with our room. He was polite and efficient, as everyone has been that we have spoken with here. When we arrived, our prepaid room was unavailable and we were put into a standard room. They moved us to the correct room the next day and Pablo waived the resort fee for one night and gave us a $100 food credit. Much appreciated!

Loyal forever
I have always stayed at the Bellagio or The Venetian. We decided to give Caesar’s a try and SAM at the front desk made our stay more than excellent. He treated us like he had a gain to be kind. He also didn’t tell me to even write a survey, but I actually felt compelled to tell as many people about him and our experience as possible. Because of his amazing interaction with us, we will be loyal for life. THANKS, SAM!!!
